Long ago when the moon was full a star fell from the sky. A young elf prince was in the forest that night, he saw a bright light in the distance and the forest itself formed around the light and the wind blew the prince toward the light.
In the clearing he saw a light ding and came closer to it
"Help me" It said "Please"
"What do you need from me" He asked
"One drop of your blood" It said. He took out a dagger but before he cut his hand
"What will I get in return" He asked
"A child of your own" It answered and he gave the blood to it and leaves from the trees circled the light and the moon shined and the prince covered his eyes and then it all stopped, and the prince looked around and heard a cry of a child and looked to see a white blanket left where the light was.
He picked up the blanket and moved it away to see the child's face and smiled
"Its a girl" a voice said, the prince shot up and look in the direction where the voice came from
"Who are you, come out where I can see you!" he shouted. An old man in gray with a pointed hat and staff came into view
"I am Ganduf the Gray" he said and walked toward the prince and the baby girl
"My she is beautiful, and look she has your eyes" he chuckled and the prince look back at the girl and her little blue eyes looked up at him and she smiled
"Yes she does doesn't she, and she is my own" he said Ganduf looked up at the prince and said
"It is dangerous for her now, you must let me take her" The prince look at him
"No she is my daughter, I can protect her!" the prince shouted, but Gandulf just shuck his head
"Even from your father!" He yelled The prince looked at the girl Gandulf put his hand on the prince's shoulder
"Legolas I understand that you care very much for this child, but with your father's cruelty" He said and the prince looked back at Gandulf
"I can't just abandan her, I could'nt live with myself" Legolas said
"You won't, I will make her know of you and when she is ready I will bring her back to you, I promise"
Gandulf reached for the baby and held her and Legolas looked down at her and pulled out a necklace and put it around her neck and Gandulf looked at the necklace and saw it was just a white stone and said
"I will put a charm, so that when see is near you the stone will shine bright" he said ans spoke words no ears could understand and then the gem shined
"I will see you again lellig, I promise" Legolas said and kissed her little cheek and she giggled. Gandulf looked at Legolas
"You must give your daughter a name" he said
"Aria" Legolas answered him still looking at her. Gandulf covered Aria with his clot and looked at Legolas
"Remember Legolas goodbyes don't last forever" He said and left with Aria. Legolas looked into the forest and said to himself
"But goodbyes feel so painful"
