''Annabelle Laviente out of my class''our teacher screeched

The red haired named Annabelle chuckled picking up her bag and dumping her books inside
''Thanks Ol'Haroldy ayyy we cool rii?''she said making her way to the door stopping in front of it and turning back to face the angered teacher ''go on class I know you'll miss my presence but I've graced you with enough of my time olla amigos'' she chuckled and waved as she walked out

The teacher looked so red as though he would explode at any moment I couldn't help the giggle that slipped out

Poor man I thought tapping the top of my pencil against my lips already bored to death
I could feel Liam's eyes pierce through my skin he had been staring at me since class begun.

''Uhhh Ol'Harold'' Jay said smirking leaning against his chair

''How may I help you Jayden?'' He answered icily

''Did you down a whole bottle of hot sauce cos your face looks flamey'' he said still smirking at the teacher

The class burst into laughter

''That's it DETENTIONNNNNNNNN and the next person to laugh goes with him'' Ol'Harold screamed

''Awwww come on you let Anna off the hook without detention why meee?''

''You should have thought of that before making such a snarky remark''

Jay pouted ''but....''

And the bell rang signaling the end of school and beginning of my freedom I sighed packing my things and making my way to my locker

I put a few books I needed in my bag pack and closed my locker before noticing a figure beside me

Liam...

''H-Halsey can I speak to you for a moment?''
Liam said a frown across his perfect face

''Considering you're already speaking to me,why bother to ask?'' I said before making my way down the corridor

''Just a minute please''

''My my moms waiting for me''i breezily lied and side stepped him

I got a text from mom saying she was here I walked into the parking lot and smiled on seeing my moms car

''Hi mom'' I said as I got in

''Hey baby,how was your first day of school?'' She questioned as she drove out out of the school compound

''It was ok nothing interesting happened except for Liam Moore attending my new school''
Mom steeped on the brake causing out heads to jerk to the front

''The Liam Moore?'' She asked

''Jesus Christ mom do you want us to have an accident''

''Omg how hot is he?'' she said ignoring my last sentence

''Mum you're meant to be the elder one and preach to me that I'm too young to be with boys bla bla bla''

She rolls her eyes and continues driving

''Sooooo....cute is he?''She said smiling smugly

''A bit..... I mean his blue eyes are prettier than before his locks are godly and dayumn you reaaly need to see his jawline its sooooo perfect and then...''

''So you still have a thing for him''mum said cutting me off
I felt the heat creep up my cheeks

''I don't'' I scoff'' I mean we just met and all and I haven't forgiven him for what he did so no I do not''

''Keep telling yourself that hun'' mum says smirking

''Such a mum'' I muttered

''I'm the best I know''
