Tameka and Antonio were high-school sweethearts they had twin girls then got married but it seems like maybe that relationship wasn't meant to be because half-way through Tameka's pregnancy they split he decided he wasn't ready for that type of responseability at the age of 23 so he left her and and 4 months later she brought China and Ciara Marie Elizabeth Collins into the world all alone she was all alone for the simple fact that her parents had disowned her after they found out that she was pregnant before she was married so she had no one after the delievery of the twins she let herself go mentally, physically, and emotionally and as the twins got older she started to neglect them more and more until one day she left the tub running while Ciara was in it and so she had to take her to the hospital once they found out that the twins were not being taken care of properly sadly they were removed after futher investigation and they were put in seperate foster cares where neither of them were really being taken care of they both were removed and put into diffrent foster care which just so happened to be about a mile away from each other but they never knew this fact until 2 weeks ago
