The New Power (A DB OC insert.)

Chapter 4

"Could you all taste this small slice and tell me what needs to be done?" Olven rook a small knife and sliced up a slab of meat for them to try. They each took a piece and bit into it, Olven hoped they'd like it.

Cabba's eyes went wide as he exclaimed,"Holy moly this is good! It's sweet and spicy!"

"Yeah it is! I'm sure Champa would love this, you should move in and cook for me and Kale Olven," Caulifla  suggested.

"We'll give some credit to Kale, she did help cook after all. And you guys found the right meat! So it was a team effort!"

"I guess....oh! Champa and Vados are coming!"

"Vados?"

"His angel adviser and trainer! She's even more powerful than him so show respect! Well, show respect to both!"

"Okay okay!" Olven stood aside as they landed and looked at the quintuplet. He seemed to scrutinize Olven, staring him down.

"So, you saiyans again. Now, this meal had better be especially good! You're lucky I even came here after you failed me in the tournament of power!"

"Yes lord Champa! Sorry Lord Champa," Cabba almost militarily shouted.

"Yeah, sorry Champa," Caulifla said almost casually.

"And who is this new guy?"

"Uhm...I am Olven lord Champa..."

"Olven? Humph. Did you prepare this meal?"

"We all did!"

"Huh, we'll let's see if it's any good!" Champa sat down next to Vados and picked up a couple of slices of meat, eying them suspiciously. He finally took a bite after a minute of inspecting a slice and instantly he started grabbing more greedily.

"Lord Champa, leave some for me!" Vados took a few and ate hers elegantly, savoring every little bite. Olven had a huge hope now! He looked over at his friends and gave them a thumbs up topped by a smile. They beamed right back at him. It looked like they were going to get to universe seven! He was finally going to have a trainer! His body was exploding with excitement and anticipation for the inevitable. After they had finished feasting on the food Champa and Vados turned toward each other and started whispering, occasionally they threw glances toward our group of saiyans. After one more glance Vados walked over to them and gave them the news.

"We have decided that, due to the delicious food you all cooked and that it may prove fruitful to us too. We will allow you to travel to earth in universe seven to train under Goku and Vegeta. We will leave in a couple of minutes understood?"

"Y-yes!" Olven raced to his tent to grab his personal items and tent with him and could tell the others were doing the same if not something similar to him. The scrambling mess they had became made Olven chuckle to himself, he had few things to pack and thus was in a better position than they were in. After about five minutes they reappeared and we're ready to go. Vados motioned for them all to grab onto her, which they did, and a strange portal appeared before them. Vados flew threw it with everyone else in tow and it seemed they were going through a tunnel of flashing and flaring colors. Almost as quick as it started it ended with them on an odd space of grey among other life forms not too far off from Olven himself. Buildings higher than Olven could imagine dotted the mainly grey and white landscape.

"Where are we," Olven said in wonder.

"Earth in universe seven! Look for a man in an orange Gi as well as a rather grumpy, spandex wearing, hedgehog haired man. You might even notice them by their immense ki. You'll definitely know it's them if a group of ridiculously large Ki is gathered somewhere. Happy travels! Oh, and do tell my brother I send my best regards!"

"Okay?"

"See you!" And with that she flew back through the portal and left them to their own devices. Olven opened up his ki sense and expanded it, rummaging amongst the ki to find something powerful. Of course it didn't take long before a massive amount practically slapped him I'm the face. His eyes shit open and he pointed toward the ki.

"That way!" Olven sped off as fast as possible which almost left Caulifla, Cabba and Kale in the dust. There they are! Hedgehog hair and orange Gi guy! Wait a second, those two look like Champa and Vados! What is going on? Olven la des gently on the ground and watched as the two other saiyans battled each other. They were so...powerful! They had blue hair and clashed with such an intensity.

"You'll not win this time Kakarot!"

"Don't be so sure Vegeta!" Two energy waves collided, creating a nasty impact zone. It seemed this had used the last bit of energy the two had and they flew back over. The one whom was called Vegeta spotted them first, nudging the one called Kakarot to point them out. Kakarot seemed ecstatic and raced over speedily.

"Caulifla! Cabba! Kale! New guy!?"

"Goku!" The four of them seemed extremely familiar to each other, as if they were friends.

"Tch! Who's this whelp?"

"Hey! I'm not a whelp! Name is Olven hedgehog boy!"

"Why you little! You're lucky I don't have a mind to wring your little throat out!"

"So it's Olven eh? Well I can't wait to see your stuff! Seems like you know these knuckle heads well enough so I'm sure you're not all that weak!"

"Uhm...thanks?" Sheesh, Vegeta seems like a pent up guy. Goku, however, is way sillier and friendlier than I expected. I think I'm going to have long day today aren't I?

"Who are these four Goku?" The Carlo,e creature similar to Champa asked inquisitively to Goku.

"They're from universe six Beerus!"

"Universe six!? Uagh that my brother! I ought to end him!"

"Now now Lord Beerus, this might be quite interesting! We get to watch them battle our Saiyans now! I'll go and make the popcorn!" That was the angel talking to Champa's brother Beerus apparently.

"Fine Whis, hurry it up though!"

"Dearest me, someone's a little impatient? I just want to ask them one thing, how is my sister Vados?"

"Good, she sends her regards Whis!" Olven practically chirped to Whis whom smiled in return. Wow, Beerus is kind of like Champa but skinnier. Whis seems really chill like Vados too. Our Champa and Vados is even related to these two! What a coincidence.

"Well, I want to see you all have a practice session so we know here you stand right now! Go on out there and show us what you got! First up, Cabba and Olven!" Olven smirked toward Cabba whom seemed nervous to be fighting him. They took positions and got into their stances. Olven transformed as did Cabba and they charged at each other, fists about to collide. Unfortunately we'll have to end this here! See you next time when things get wild with our cast of comrades!

Yeah yeah yeah, lazy bastard! I know! But I've been having too much fun doing other stuff! It gets the better of me everytime, you all can understand that right? Bah! Whatever, at least I got this done eh? I'll try and force myself to set aside time for this as I need to else I'll never get anything done!
