The Omear

Background

It was a routine patrol through one of the newly discovered galaxy's, now known as beta 2.4 which had been discovered by complete accident. Well might as well tell you how it was exactly found.

As a small fleet of fighters and a few frigates had been testing their new jump-drive had decided to see what would happen if they aimed at deep space, which resulted in them finding the new system. But there was one problem, all of their communication equipment had malfunctioned so they had no way of radioing back to alliance space.

However they had found a planet nearby that seemed to be just right for human habitation so they decided to colonise it for themselves with all the supplies they had left, which was just enough to set up a small town on a huge island. They decided to use some of parts on the fighters for mining equipment and started to mine into a huge mountain they had seen when landing on the planet this resulted in them finding (what they called) vanadite which seemed hard but flexible. It had a neon blue glow to it and reflected on the star in the system.                         

They quickly started to tinker with it and see what it could be used for and found out it could be made for anything tools, weapons, ships etc. Which turned out to help out the colony a lot more and resulted in the city becoming a lot bigger and more prosperous but it was still in the early stages of its progression. Once the fleet had fully explored the planet they decided to break off from the "Alliance" and start a new empire called "The Suerte" Which wanted to have the largest fleet in the whole universe and find new technology's to do so. 

After that they started to reconfigure how their ships looked and what weapons they would be using, which ended up being plasma weaponry which took out shields quickly and used there newly found material as the plating of all the ships, which made it so all their ships looked neon blue but with the newly formed banner on the sides of them. 

Most of the city's that had been founded on the now named planet "Plasma" (Because of the material there) had gotten equipped with large cannons that could shoot anything out of the sky in seconds without hesitation, the cities also had planetary shields in place which allowed fire to go out but not come in to the city. Usually they would never be attacked but there was one instance that nearly wiped out the suerte fleet but we will get into that a bit later on anyway.
