I stumbled on my own footings, gazing at me are those sharp eyes
Threatening anyone who dared to come closer to them
He held that gaze on me, churning me,
A lump, hard to swallow, forming in my throat
I turned to stride back the road , but something pulled me back,
Turning around I once again met his blazing eyes, holding mine.
Scooting forward I found myself staring at him, standing there like the whole world weighing him down is a hard and invincible creature.
I saw something else wavering for a slight moment in those hard eyes, something hidden that screamed desperation and fear
And a void where he could drown to nothingness.
Dumbfound, I stood there staring him, realizing what stopped me on my tracks, it definitely was what I saw in him, it was my reflection staring at me
