North Louisville is a rather flat terrain that rains often and in this land was a civilization that is super religious. Rococo natives that had survived a civil war (before humans) due to it being the birth place of the Celestials so they preyed for food and to survive the fallout, so the gods gave them magic for protection and to rebuild creating new lifestyles. Over hundreds of thousands of years mages became a huge part of Stella's trade and business once the rest of the world found out about the advancement of North Louisville. The heavily religious Rococo are carnivorous creatures that only eat meat because of the fact that their land was unfarmable but more casual Rococo traded for vegetation and it was treated as a luxury.
Due to their new magical gift, they used it to collect resources and sold it to other countries making North Louisville one of the more wealthy countries. this being said, the economy was very successful. the everyman normally wears looser clothing.
