Tracy Knows The Truth

'You sure you want to do this?' Mike says

'It's now or never' I say as we head inside

Dennis and the kids look really shocked to see me until the kids give me a smile

'We believe you Tracy' they all say crowding round and giving me a hug

Which is broken up by a rather angry Dennis

'What is she doing back?' He says

'Nice to see you too I'm here to help find out who started the fire' I say putting my hand on my hip and giving him one of my death stares

'That's simple enough just look in the mirror' he says

'Tracy didn't do it' mike says

'Oh you've changed your tune! Of course she did!' Dennis says

'This was a bad idea' I say going to leave but mike grabs my arm

'Stay right there you shouldn't have to feel pushed out' he says comfortingly

'Give her a break' mike says angrily to Dennis before walking through the hall with me Dennis huffs angrily and walks away

'When was the last time you had a decent sleep?' He asks me looking at my eyes which by now had dark circles which showed through my concealer

'Last night' I say

He looks at me with dissaproval and raises an eyebrow

'I don't know' I say truthfully with a small smile

'No neither do I go on the staff bedrooms free go and get a few hours kip and I'll wake you when it's tea time' he says smiling

'But' I go to say

'That's an order Tracy Beaker' mike says sternly before giving me a smile

'I'm not tired' I say and then I instantly show that that's a lie by walking into the door

'There's a door there' mike says laughing

'I had noticed' I say laughing

'Come on I'll see you up and make sure nobody disturbs you' mike says giving me a hug

I agree partly because my body was too worn down to say no to a free nap and I follow him upstairs

Until Dennis stops us

'What are you doing now?' He says

'Tracy is extremely tired so I'm letting her have a couple hours sleep' mike says

'Sleeping on the job? We can't be having that!' Dennis says

'Give it back Johnny!!!' Tee screams downstairs

'No it's mine!!!' He shouts

'I'm not finished with you' Dennis says before heading downstairs

Tee and Johnny run into the hallway and give us a wink I nod giving them a grateful smile

'Come on' mike says giving me a comforting smile we head into the staff bedroom and i go to make the bed

'I'll do that' mike says smiling

I thank him and take my boots off and my jacket the room was boiling so I open the window a little bit breathing in the fresh air I smile a little convinced that everything was going to be okay

'There we go' he says smiling

'Thank you' I say giving him a hug I get into bed and mike turns to leave
