Five Years (Percy Jackson AU)

Annabeths POV
"You're leaving?  When?  To where?" Asked her friend Tyler. 
"I'm leaving to New York, tomorrow." I sighed.
"But-but-" He slumped in the booth of Zeus's Cafe.
"Anyway, we should probably drop Amyson off at her house," I said, gesturing at our other friend named Amyson, " and then I will drop you off-"
I was rudely interrupted by a girl named Maleuh. (Pronounced muh- lay-uh)
"Annabitch"  she said sweetly.
I sighed.  "Oh, I can't wait until tomorrow."
"Why?  So you can get your daily beat-ups?"
Oh, she had no idea how wrong she was.

Next morning, September 29th, 4 30 AM
I woke up from the STUPID alarm by my bed.  I hit everywhere except the alarm clock. 
"ANNABETH! Get your LAZY ASS out of bed!"
I groaned.
This was going to be a LONG two hours before I left for school.
I sighed.

Percy POV
"Hey guys." I greeted my friends as I walked to my locker next to my friends.
Piper and Leo sighed. 
"What?" I asked.
"There's going to be a new girl.  They say she has blonde hair."
We all sighed.  She was gone for good.  Five years.  FIVE YEARS.  She hasn't tried to communicate with us at all. 
"Has she forgotten about us?"  Jason voiced the question we were all thinking, but didn't want to say.  She was like a sister to all of us.  However, I felt a little more than just friend love, if that makes any sense. 
"I-I-I don't know..."
