The Path Part 1

Act 2 Chapter 7-The First

Earlier,a hour ago...
I tried to hold them off while Asif,Aliza,Marwa and Jack tried to find objects to reinforce the door.Asif called out to me"We can use this vending machine to block the door,Move Thinus!".Quickly jumping out of the way as the others pushed the vending machine,blocking the door from a horde of zombified villagers,as they screamed and shouted at us in ways which would give shivers in peoples spines.After making the house we were in secure,we began to plan what we should do,there were discussions of holding out,killing them all,finding a way of transport,and after minutes of bickering,we settled on finding supplies and tools to protect ourselves if we needed to find a way out.In the house we were currently in,we found a Hand Cannon with one clip,a bow with a ton of arrows,a ballistic knife and some Molotovs.
We began to improvise what we have,I took the Bow and Arrow,Asif took the Hand Cannon,Jack used the Ballistic Knifes and Marwa and Aliza used the Molotov's.We began to go to the roof to observe the environment and discuss ways to gathering not only supplies but also checking for any transport which can be used to escape.A wagon was seen blocking the entrance to the towns armoury,a place filled with guns,supplies and possibly a map of what items they needed to find.The risks had to be taken.

As we began leaving the building through the building and using a fire escape,I went to the centre of the group to have better time to shoot any zombies whereas everyone stuck to their own sides as we began to carefully walk towards the wagon.The wagon seemed to be broken but a pathway was shown,which forced us to crawl through one by one.As we each began crawling,bells could be headed as zombies began charging towards us.I began to defend by aiming at the head of their legs while Jack would kill any that got too close with Aliza throwing the Molotov.We slowly began to crawl through until one of the zombies reached Jack's leg and pulled it,pulling with all our strength,the force crumbled wagon more.As wood fell down on Jack,the sound we could only hear was the growl of the horde outside,with Jack's Ballistic Knife in front of me,Marwa and Aliza took each knife for protection as we began to enter the Armoury.

It felt quiet.Although we witnessed a death of a friend,we began to feel calm but were still paranoid as we had no clue when those...things would come.The rooms were empty,no people,guns,supplies,nothing,perhaps we got here too late.As we began exploring more of the area,a change of sound as we were walking in the Chief's Office,as we lifted the carpet,a hatch could be found.Asif,didn't want to go inside,didn't want to end up like Jack, Marwa was too scared and in shock of what happened,Aliza was busy watching our backs in case those monsters were inside.So I decided to go inside the hatch alone,so then we didn't risk the entire group into being trapped with those zombie.It was dark,really dark,I ignited my lighter and could see cobwebs through a wooden shaft,a passageway of some sort of secret transport.As I wandered deeper,a glow stick was found.Shaking it as it gave a glow which made me feel more calm as my eyes could see clearer and I could see blood trails,leading me through the dusty cobweb,along the oak wood walls and into a door.As I opened it,my luck hit jackpot,everything we need was inside here,weapons,supplies,everything we needed.

As I began packing up the supplies,screams were heard echoing in the tunnels,as the group ran through the door,with fear in their traumatised eyes.Confused why they were so petrified till I heard a growl,a growl of the zombies getting louder and louder,with no hesitation,we began to throw down a locker onto the door,barricading the door for sometime.We were in a room of weapons,supplies that we began to improvise.A map showed the blueprints of the tunnels and where they leaded to,a boat was due west from here meaning we could avoid most of the creatures and no one cared about how we got out,as long as we were away from those creatures,we agreed to the plan.

As we began to slowly move the locker quietly,trying our best not to alert them,we each had weapons,arming ourselves with close combat and long,We Kicked down the door and followed the map as we took down any zombies in our path,running and gunning till we saw a peak of light as the sound of the wind went through it.We started to progress towards the door to find ourselves outside but as Asif began to close the door,a light shined in the tunnels,stunning Asif as he fell towards us.As he gained conscious,the zombies began growling but another sound was heated,felt like a radio signal as a metal arm pierced the door,and ripping it apart to show the zombies,back from the dead with glowing red ruby eyes.As we began running,a vehicle rapidly began crashing towards the horde,crushing them deep into the earthly ground.As we began to look inside,we found Reid,lying conscious with blood all over him.
