Y/N was sitting in the library studying for the upcoming exam when out of nowhere the door flung open. Her eyes darted to the door as she saw her best friend Stan Marsh. However right along with him was Wendy Testaburger, his girlfriend. Y/N never had anything against anyone, although she does have a problem with Wendy and her habit of cheating on Stan. Who Wouldn't?
Wendy and Stan walked over to the table across from Y/N. She stared mindlessly at the two until she locked eyes with Stan.
"Hey Y/N!"
"Hey..?"
As soon as Y/N said that Wendy rolled her eyes and grabbed Stan's hand.
"So Stan, let's start studying for the exam okay?"
Stan nodded at this this taking one quick glance at Y/N before giving Wendy his full attention. Y/N stood up and decided to return one of the books she had laying out. She never understood why them being together always bothered her, maybe it was the fact that Wendy didn't deserve a guy like him. Nonetheless, Y/N was scanning through the books until she came across one on the top shelf. Y/N stood up tall attempting to grasp the book slightly if at all, however she ended up being a bit too short. She decided jumping would be her best option. Y/N ended up grabbing the book pulling it slightly off the shelf before losing her grip on it. The book came crashing down but before it landed on Y/N's head it came to a stop.
"Nice one Y/N. You almost caught the book with your face."
I turn my head, look up, and see Stan about to laugh his ass off.
"Yeah, yeah, you're hilarious."
"Why're you so defensive?"
"I'm not."
He looked at me with a frown.
"Clearly you are-"
"I'm not, alright?"
He got real close to me and whispered, "Whatever you say Y/N." I snatched the book away from him and walked back to the table I was at. After that Stan kept making eye-contact with me. Wendy didn't seem to notice this.
