First day of summer:
Andrea's POV
*Alarm rings*
Finally it's officialy the first day of summer, I'm really excited to see how this summer is gonna be like.
"Mija ya te levantaste?"
My mom screams from the first floor.
"Ya ama, porque? a donde vamos a ir o que?"
"Ven para aca y aca te explico"
I get out of bed and head straight to the bathroom to take a shower. Once I'm done showering I do my make up and put on my favorite crop top and pair of skinny jeans.
"Que ama? ya estoy aqui"
"Mija se me olvido decirte esto pero pues esque yo y tu papa nos tenemos que ir a visitar a tu tia a chicago y no te podemos llevar-"
"QUE?!... NO ME PUEDEN DEJAR AQUI! YO QUIERO IR"
"Mija calmate, dejame explicarte, esque sabes muy bien que no tenemos mucho dinero ahorita para gastar, apenas y nos va alcanzar para el boleto de avion y para quedarnos un tiempo aya"
"ugh... fine then. But que voy hacer aqui? Mi hermana casi ni se la pasa a la casa plus you know que voy a trabajar con Empire.. bueno ignora lo que dije mejor me quedo aqui a trabajar"
"Que bueno que entiendes mija, tu hermana va a tratar de estar aqui mas tiempo, pero tambien no te preocupes porque la mama de Luis va estar aqui para ti por si ocupas algo"
"Ok, pues I hope you have a safe trip cuando se van?"
"Nos vamos hoy por la tarde"
"Tan pronto?"
"Si"
"Bueno los quiero mucho y se cuidan"
"Tambien te queremos mija ya cuando llege tu papa ahorita de la tienda me ayudas a subir las maletas al carro"
"Si, claro yo te ayudo"
I head up to my room and I check my phone and see that I have a text from Luis
"Hey, my mom just told me that your parents are going to chicago... so I was wondering if you want to hangout later on today? I have something to tell you"
I wonder what he wants to tell me, I hope he doesn't tell me he has feelings for me because I seriously don't know how I'm going to react. We've been friends for almost 2 years but I'm still confused about my feelings.
"Yeah, my parents are going to chicago they're actually leaving in a couple hrs. But yeah let's hangout lol what do you wanna tell me? :)"
"I'll just tell you once you're here, esque es mejor que te diga en persona ;)"
"Haha ok see ya later :)"
*honk honk*
"Mija tu papa ya llego, ven ayudame"
I start to head to my parent's bedroom and start to get their bags in the car
"Estan pesadas sus maletas pues cuanto tiempo se quederan haya?"
"La verdad no se mija creemos que unas cuatro semanas" My dad says.
"Ugh genial estare sola por un mes"
"Mija ya hablamos de esto"
"Ya pues ama"
"Bueno te queremos mucho y te cuidas y si necesitas algo no dudes en llamarnos"
"Yeah I love you, have a safe trip que dios me los cuide"
*My parents get in the car and start driving away*
Well now that I'm alone I can go to Luis' house I wonder if he's there. I also wonder what he wants to tell me. I'm just going to text him to see if he's there.
"Hey my parents just left, are u home?"
"yeah, do you want me to pick you up or..?"
"Well yes that would be nice since my car is in the shop lol "
"I'll be there in five mins :)"
