I walk into the hello building and immediately get a feeling that I'm being staired at I look to my side and I am shot a strong sparkling smile I blink and adjust my eyes to the lighting and see the mesmerising green eyes of Johnny.
"Hey" he says while smirking and flipping his hair back
"H-hi" I cough to adjust my voice and smile back at him
"So what are you doing here, again" he looks me up and down still smirking
"U-uh I work here now" I say crossing my arm around my body and looking down
"Oh nice" he says while giggling
"What" I say looking up at him with a confused face
"You seem nervous"
"Uh, y-yeah it's my first day"
"Oh, what are you working for"
"Um t-the magazine" I say confusingly
"I mean what part" he says giggling again
"Oh uh writing articles"
He raises his eyebrows "wow really, that's impressive "
"I should come by and see your work later today"
"Oh yeah sure"
"When do you finish"
"I think around 2ish"
"Ok see you at 1:57" he says glancing back at me and walking away
"KENZIE" I hear a shout from across the room, I quickly turn around and see corrina pacing towards me
"Corrina"
"Omg hi, are you excited for today"
"Y-yeah, what am I doing today"
"Merina is out of town for the next week but she has left you some work on her desk and you are welcome to use her office for the next week while she's away"
Oh, ok thanks corrina" I say hugging her and walking off to my "office" of the next week

She jolts up and sits behind him looking up into the mesmerising star lit sky and taking her last breath before her journey to join the stars begins, he looks down at her as she look up at him and gives him a "thank you for everything" smile before loosining her grip of his arm and closing her eyes, he pulls her closer and sheads some tears before he looks down and she is gone and has began her journey to the sky.

I hear a knock at my door and look at the time 1:56 must be Johnny I wipe away my tears before letting him in
"Hey" he says looking worried as he looks at my red puffy face
"Are you ok" he says resting his arm on my shoulder half hugging me, I immediately get a shock as his skin touch's mine
"Uh, y-yeah I'm fine, I just finished a test article and the theme was childhood sad story" I say giving him a half smile before gripping onto my arm and walking over to my desk
"So you got anything for me"
"Huh" I look up at him confusingly
"Any story's" he says laughing and comes over and pulls a chair behind him and sits next to me looking over at my laptop
"Oh um, not with me right now" I say reaching over to my laptop to close it but Johnny reaches his arms back and places them on top of mine pulling the laptop back up and smiling at me which sent butterflies down my back.
"This one looks good" he says pulling the laptop over to him and begins to read the childhood story
A good 3 minutes past and Johnny looks back up at me giving me a sincere smile and handing my laptop back
I looked down trying not to cry while Johnny stairs back at me, me puts his hand on the exposed skin on my back and rubs his finger over the scare I wince in pain and put my hand over his.
"Oh sorry" he says moving his hand off my back and onto my arm
"If you don't mind me asking, what's the scare from"
I look up to him and nod my head
"U-um w-when I was younger I had a b-boyfriend and u-h" I lower my voice
"He wasn't the nicest"
"What did he do" he says in a soft comforting voice
"He u-uh throw a broken g-glass object at me and u-uh yeah"
He sends a sincere smile to me and moves his hand over to mine and grips it tightly
"May I ask who the story was abo-"
He is interrupted by corrina barging into the room
"Oh uh am I interrupting something" she says slowing opening the door
"Uh no its fine" I say gripping onto Johnny's hand and letting go of it
He looks over at me and stands up and hugs me and walks out of the room
"Sorry, I just wanted to inform you that you finished 10 minutes ago and that your free to leave whenever you want"
I look up at her and wipe my face and smile at her
"Thank you corrina ill be leaving now and I'll be back in tomorrow" I grab my stuff and leave the room giving corrina a small hug
Johnny
"Hey corrina, do you have kenzies number"
"Um yes I do, but I can only give it to you if it's for work"
"Uh y-yes it is" I say sending her a fake smile while she slips me a piece of paper with kenzies number on it
"Thank you corrina, have a good rest of your day" I say walking out sending her a wave
"You too john"

Hey sisters long time no see ew sorry that was cringey, um yeah I'm back and better then ever tbh idek why I left I couldn't be bothered and I had no inspiration and didn't think my writing met the expectations that I had while reading these other amazing story's idk if that made any sense but I'm back and writing longer and better chapters so yeah thanks for reading and I hope you liked this chapter ily <3
