Have you ever had a nightmare? I'm sure you have. You're always glad when you wake up, happy that what you dreamt was a fraction of your imagination; you wouldn't have to live through that, it wasn't real.
But even if you had the knowledge that it wasn't real, would you want to relive that nightmare again? No. You would not.
But.. I Kim Joyeon, who wanted so badly to escape my reality, thought I would be fine as long as it wasn't real.. But I was horribly wrong.
But I asked for this.. didn't I?

My life isn't ideal, I'm a weak person, so people use me very often. I'm too kind so I always forgive those who don't deserve to be forgiven and it always bites me back. I went through a particular hard time with a past relationship, his name was Yoongi, he used me, stole my innocence, broke me, then left me. And I couldn't get over it, I became anti-social and barely left my house. The internet became my home and one day, during my internet browsing I so happened to stumble upon a strange site, "DeathlyCycle"? It was a weird name, but I assumed it was one of those horror websites. So I checked it out.

I clicked yes to continue, looking back now, it was strange, I wasn't any sort of daring person and in a situation like this, I would most likely chicken out when given a warning like that...but.. this site intrigued me-- no, it wasn't that I was intrigued, it was like I was hypnotized, like something was compelling me to continue. I just couldn't stop, admittedly. I was curious..

I picked yes once more, and I remember that scene so vividly, it's terrifying..
I remember the blue light from the screen hitting my face, drowning my features in its light and letting off a glow in the dark room that I was sitting in, being the only light as the sun had already set prior to me entering the site. But the light was too dim to stop the things I was seeing in my peripheral vision, although I thought they were only my eyes playing tricks on me. But I remember the screen went black after I chose the option of yes, and at the time I thought, there was something, someone behind me, it stood there arms dragged to the it's sides, standing there like lifeless statue. I could see it in the reflection. But I couldn't move, my head refused to turn around to face the figure and once the screen switched to the quiz I dismissed it as my mind replacing the darkness with something and it happened to be a figure, that was all, although something in me, my gut feeling, was tugging at me to tell me to stop right now, to turn the lights on and leave, but in my hypnotic state, I carried on. It was almost ironic because of the amount of times I would curse the stupidity of those in horror films and award those who used their common sense, and as it turned I was the one who was stupid. I wish I used my common sense..
