VALERIA'S POV
//////////////////////////
A few days later Arwen was asleep in my arms, we were watching TV. Over the past few days I had developed the habit of absentmindedly twisting the ring around my finger, or just playing with it.
We didn't have a date for the wedding set, but we knew we wanted to do it within five months. Arwen was hopefully gonna be able to walk on her own by then so she could be the flower girl. I was beyond excited.
Natasha, Wanda, Pepper, and Jane were gonna be the bridesmaids, Natasha being the maid of honor. Thor, Tony, Bucky, and Steve were Loki's groomsmen, Thor obviously being the best man. We already had all the guests figured out, and to be honest there weren't that many people coming. But we were closer with most of them, so that didn't really mattered to me.
We weren't a hundred percent sure where we wanted to go for it honeymoon yet, we were trying to decide between Hawaii and Parris. Personally I favored Hawaii. We ready knew Steve and Bucky were gonna be watching Arwen while we're gone.
All of that aside eveything had been great. Arwen was definitely a daddy's girl, and she started showing a lot of Loki's traits. Shes started trying to pull little pranks on people. He favorite one being stealing stuff Tony brings up and hiding it, then watching as he looks for it giggling her little butt off.
Loki was loving it. He would just watch her the whole time, smirking and shaking his head at her.
I felt her move a little. I looked down at her to see her big blue eyes looking back at me. Arwen smiled a me, flashing her tiny little white baby teeth. She tried her hardest to say muma. She's still working out how to say the most basic words, but it's soooo fucking cute they way she talks.
I felt a hand on my shoulder then a kiss on my temple.
"Hello loves." Loki said before booking Arwen's nose. She frowned at him slightly, causing both of us to start giggling.
"What time is it babe?" I asked Loki.
"Eight thirty pm." Loki said.
"No wonder she was so tired." I said as I stood up, keeping Arwen in my arms. I carried her to her room and laid her down on her bed, covering her up.
Loki walked up to her and kissed her on the forehead on the same place I had. He put two of his fingers on her temple gently, Arwen fell asleep again almost instantly. Sometimes that's the only way to get her to sleep, I swear we're good parents.
I shut the light off and we both silently slipped out of her room. I walked with Loki to the living room. Loki sat down first. I flopped down next to him, laying my head in his lap, a lot less gracefully than him, may I add.
Loki's hands went to my hair. He gently ran his fingers through it, smiling to himself. I looked up at him, smiling. I still couldn't believe that after all I had put him through, he stayed, he fought for me, and most importantly he loved me through it all. God I didn't deserve him, but I wasn't gonna give him up for anything.
