I get ready to endure this 40 hr drive there laying my head against the wheel and then looking up at the house one last time connecting my phone to the Bluetooth installed in my baby.
I start blasting Apeshit by Beyoncé reversing out of the driveway since they were already out.

"Why are we out this far Tone?" One person asked, she look like a stud by the way she dresses
"Because I smelled something so delicious, I know you smell it too Si(sigh)" the other stud says to who I know now is named Si
"Yes I do but it's not safe, what if my father needs us to do something."
The unnamed girl smacks her lips.
"Stop worrying we're vampires we can get there in under an hour." I gasped and tripped over a chair.
"Fuck" I whisper
"You heard that?" It gets extra quiet and I stay as still as a statue.
"Aye, let's get outta here before somebody catches us here." The smart one says
I hear them zoom out of the area and when I couldn't hear their speedy footsteps I let out a heavy breath
I stand up brush myself off and go back into the room closing the balcony door
Maybe they're a part of the clan we have to watch
