I'm stuck here, if Voldemort really wanted to kill Harry, then why keep trying to use the killing curse? He could've just chucked him of the top of a fifty story building, there problem solved. I know it's brutal, but murdering a one year old's parents, one right in front of his eyes, then trying to do the same to him is brutal also,
