Chapter 6

Todoroki's POV

Oh god.. why..
It's been a few days.. Midoriya has been alseep the whole time.. if I just asked.. he could've stayed loger and maybe even tell them.. I'm too scared to touch him.. if he's cold.. then...

I hear a knock..
"Todoroki?" A small female voice asks.
"Come in." Mrs. Midoroya walks in, holding a plastic bag full of who knows what.

"Oh my! You look terrible!" She exclaimed, "I brought some food. Here, have some." She handed me a box of rice and veggies, which where in the bag.

"No thank you. I'm not hungry." I lightly push the food away.

"Please, I love Izuku too..  and feel so, so much guilt for not helping him sooner.. but destroying yourself like this won't help anyone." She gave back the box.

Do inspirational speeches run in their family or something?! The fuck?!

I can't help but look down. And reluctantly take the food. "Thank you.." it's true I'm not hungry.. but I push through it.

"Do you know who it is?" Mrs. Midoriya asks quietly.

"I wish I did.. I was suppose to tale care of him during this, but he never told me.." I feel my eyes water a bit. Why didn't he tell me..

"I think I know who it is." Mrs. Midoriya looks down with a small smile. "And I think they love him back."

"Really?" I ask a bit too excitedly. Which Mrs. Midoriya replays with a small nod.

Just then a doctor walks in. "Hello, I need to do a check up on Midoriya." I look over at the peaceful Izuku. I can't help but lightly pat his hand. Which flinches?

Deku's POV

Everything's blurry. "What happened..?" I start to sit up but all the pain and memories rush back. Oh boy I feel like throwing up.

"m-Midoriy-"
"IZUKU!" My vision clears but I don't need to look to know my mom is crying her eyes out. Wait, is Todoroki here?

I look over and yep, my mom is crying. "A-ah! Mom!" My voice sounds so horse. She wraps her arms around me lovingly, but a bit to tight. "M-Mom.. you're squeezing me.."

"Ohmygosh! I'm so sorry Izuku!" She lets go and backs up, reviling Todoroki. Just seeing him makes me feel better and yet somehow worse.

The doctor, who was here the whole time, glances over at me then Todroki. He then whispers something in my mom's ear. She nods.
"I'm sorry I have to talk to Dr. Nya. You two stay here."
(A/N) yes I'm the doctor

Todoroki and I stare at each other for a few seconds before he looks down. Now that I have a good look of him, he looks so tired.. and scared.
"Midoriya, I'm sorry I didn't remind you to take your pills.. I really should've-" I cut Todoroki off
"It's okay! You don't need to worry, it was my fault for forgetting them."

"But I was suppose to.. and you could've died! I can't deal with the fact I could've caused someone so amazing to-" he cuts himself off this time. WAIT WHAT DID HE MEAN BY THAT?! I feel my face flush because of Todoroki's comment..

"Who is it..?" He quietly asks with a soft blush on his cheeks. I just look down..
I can't tell him.. he's the only one I have left.. please don't make me tell him..
