Chapter 24

I walk downstairs a few days later to see bags at the door. I look at them confused wondering who's bags those are when Jax and Nix comes in.

"Hey guys who's bag?" I asks cocking an eyebrow.

"Ours." Nix says.

"Oh we are going home? I haven't pack yet just give me a few." I say. Nix steps up cupping my cheek.

"You can't go baby girl." he tells me. Tears started forming in my eyes.

"Why not?" I whisper looking over his shoulder to Ashton with a pained look in his eyes.

"You belong here." he tells me.

"But..." I could find anything to say. I knew I couldn't. I belonged here with Ashton now.

I was so torn. I wanted to be with my family but I wanted to be with Ashton too.

"Baby girl." Jax says coming up standing beside Nix.

"Jax my family." I whisper.

"Your family is here now." he tells me. I shake my head no.

"No my family. My real family." I choke giving him pleading eyes.

"Nana their here." he says nodding behind me.

"No Jax." I say shaking my head.

"Yes Nala their staying." Nix says.

"Huh?" was my brilliant response.

"You didn't think we were going to let you stay here on your own Mrs. Alpha." someone says behind me. I turn around and all my friends are standing there smiling at me.

"You guys are staying?" I ask them shocked.

"Like I said you didn't think we'd leave you here on your own." Damien says grinning from ear to ear.

"Really?!" I ask excitedly. They all nod a yes grinning. I turn back to Jax and Nix. "But what about you guys?" I ask them.

"Well." Nix says shrugging.

"We've been thinking over the last few years about moving the pack." Jax says. I look at him confused. They have? But what does that have to do with anything. Oh god their moving farther away from me.

"Yes and Ashton here has offered to share his territory with us." Nix says smiling.

"So..?" I say looking at them in shock.

"Yes Nala. We are moving here." Jax says.

"Really?!" I ask excitedly.

"Really." Nix says. I couldn't keep the grin off my face.

"Now it will take us a couple of months to move that's why we are leaving. Your dear old dad here wants us moved and settled before you guys graduate." Jax says pointing to Nix.

"Yeah like I'm the only one." Nix grunts but smiling.

I quickly jump up hugging them both. I didn't know wether to cry or laugh. They are moving up here for me.

"I love you both." I mutter.

"We love you too baby girl." Jax says hugging me tight.

"Yeah what he said." Nix says making me laugh. "We need to go though okay. No trouble. The longer I get to stay there and settle things the quicker we move here." he finishes.

"I promise." I say making him scoff. "I will. I'll be good I swear." I grumble.

"Better be we'll see you in a couple of days." he says pulling back. I give him a confused look stepping back. "You guys will be down in a few days to get your stuff." he says rolling his eyes.
