This is set when Betty, Jughead, and the rest of the gang are 7 years old. Veronica is already living in Riverdale.
"Come on Veronica we're going to be late for Archie's party." Betty said, impatiently waiting by her front door. Veronica had stayed at Betty's house the night before the party and Alice, Betty's mom, told Veronica to pack her things before they leave.
"I coming." Veronica yelled. Running down the stairs with Archie's present in her hand.
"Mom we're ready!" Betty yelled as Veronica stood beside her.
"Ok." Alice said before walking towards the front door. "Let's go."
Betty and Veronica grabbed each other's hands and skipped down the sidewalk together towards Archie's house.
When they reached the front porch both girls ran up the steps and knocked on Archie's door.
Mrs. Andrews opened the door.
"Hi girls." She said smiling.
"Hi Mrs. Andrews." The girls said excitedly.
"Archie! Betty and Veronica are here." Mrs. Andrews yelled.
Just then Archie came running down the stairs. "Betty! Veronica!" He yelled and embraced the girls. "Come upstairs. Everyone's waiting." The girls giggled and ran after Archie up the stairs.
"Betty and Veronica are here." Archie announced as they entered his room.
"Hi!" Everyone said.
"Hi!" Betty and Veronica said back.
Veronica followed Archie and they sat on the his bed together. Betty looked around. Cheryl and Toni we're also sitting on Archie's bed, Reggie was spinning in Archie's spinny chair, and Fangs, Sweat Pea, and Kevin we're sitting on Archie's rug playing some sort of hand game. Betty continued to look around until she found the one person she was looking for.
"Juggie." She squealed. She ran over to Jughead who was sitting in the corner, watching everyone. She gave him the biggest hug.
"Hi Juggie." She said happily.
"Hay Betts." He said hugging her back.
"Wacha doing?" Betty questioned.
"Just waiting for you to get here." He said.
He then kissed Betty on the cheek.
"Ew!" Cheryl exclaimed after she saw Jughead kiss Betty's cheek. "Boy cooties."
Toni and Veronica joined in Ewing with Cheryl. While Archie, Sweat Pea, Fangs, Kevin, and Reggie we're laughing.
Betty and Jughead were blushing.
"Come on!" Archie yelled. "Let's go eat cake!"
Jughead grabbed Betty's hand and ran down the stairs with her and the rest of the kids.
All the kids got their cake and went to the living room except Betty and Jughead. Once they got their cake Jughead told Betty to follow her.
"Where are we going Juggie?" She asked giggling.
"You'll see." He said smiling.
Jughead led Betty into the tree house in Archie's back yard.
They sat next to each other with their backs leaning against one if the tree house walls. They ate their cake and when they were done Betty laid her head on Jughead's shoulder.
"Betts?" He asked looking down at her.
"What Juggie?" She asked.
"When were older can we get married?" He asked smiling.
"Duh Juggie." Betty said. "Of course we can."
Jughead smiled. "Cool."
