Recently, people are starting to take awareness of their physical health by keeping a healthy diet and by exercising regularly, but not many are aware of their mental health. Most people may think that it isn't important at all, or it is a waste of time & money to even take notice of it as it is not a big deal at all. But it is not true, indeed, one's mental health is as important as their physical health.
This book is intended to help people cope with their day to day lives, to make them feel better about themselves when they are at the lowest point of their lives. People who battle their own mental issues are not emotionally or psychologically insane, but they are fighters who keeps holding on, battling a war that they wish could come to an end.
In these trying times we have been tested on our strength and courage. To these who pass, you definitely stand out, and to those who fail, just know that you are stronger than you think.
To all of you out there who are longing for a place where nobody will be judged by the rest of the world, who wanted somebody to understand you, who wants to understand yourself better, who wants to feel less emotionally drained, who wishes to find peace, and refuge, this book is dedicated to you.
P.S: Having mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorders and such isn't strange at all. Never ever feel ashamed about yourself and do not judge others who had them.. Please, if you ever need help, consult a psychologist for help. It is really nothing to hide from the outside world. If you ever need someone to talk to, please seek help or talk to someone whom you can trust. It's not because you are weak, but because I know how it feels to talk to someone who understands how you feel. I am a survivor myself, saved by someone who lends me a helping hand when I needed them the most. And I, in turn, will dedicate myself to help as much people around as I can. Because I understand you.
Just remember, you are never standing alone. There are people out there who cares for your wellbeing so please, just stay strong and hang on longer... Because you matter.
