A New World

+ Conner POV +

   I wake up in my usual place, floating in blue life sustaining water surrounded by glass. I was created here, in this exact tube. They say my species is "Coloroid" , the name is ironic since were all colorblind. But they say it doesn't matter, anyways today is when I get "released" as in put in a cell with other people and get tested. But hey, at least I won't be alone in a tube full of liquid.

   Dr. Akuma, my creator, walks in with her clipboard as usual and walks towards my tube. She pulls a lever and the life water drains into another tube, leaving me to lean against the wall, so I wouldn't fall.

   I stood up straight after finding out how to, since I haven't stood in a while. Dr. Akuma opens the glass door and helps me out of the tube she then proceeds to show me to my cell. The guard beside the door unlocked the cell and I proceeded inside. I see two people in the room, a boy and a girl, there were three cots and curtains to separate us from each other if needed. The uninhabited cot  was the farthest from the door, I walked to it and sat down. It wasn't really comfy but it'll do.

  I look at the other two cots inside the room, their all basically the same but with a bit of a personal touch. The girl with green hair looks at me "New bunkmate. I'm Erika," she said. The other boy looked at me.  "I'm David," he said. "My name is Conner, I'm a Coloroid. What about you pretty lady?~" I said and Erika hit me. "I am a Neoxnine, David is a Digitan," she spoke and David nodded.  "Why'd you have to hit me?" I said and rubbed by cheek. "because, I don't condone that kind of tone being spoken to me" the Neoxnine said. "Erika?" the white haired male spoke "yes David?" she responded questioningly "My tests are starting soon. Please get along with him." David said. Me and Erika nodded at the same time.

"Good" David said, acting almost like an older brother. Then the door opened  in walked four guards, all had shackles, they walked towards David as he stood up from his cot. I curiously watched the process of the shackles going on each ankle and each wrist with chains to control him, kind of like a puppet. Once that was done each guard had a chain to hold and David was escorted out.

I turned to look at Erika "So, wanna get to know each other?" I asked
