Today is my prom my mum doesn't know that I have a date, I should tell her but his name is so confusing. His name is Jonny yespapa, strange yes but he is the cutest boy in our year, Maybe even the whole school! I walked down the stairs and called out to mum "mum!" She came into the living room "what" she replied "there's something I haven't told you about tonight" I said "about the prom, what is it?"
"I have a date" "A DATE, WITH WHO" "he has a strange name" I replied "his name is Jonny yespapa and he eats lots of sugar" "I don't want you to go with him!" "But mum I have to" "no you don't now go to your room." I stormed out fo the room and up the stairs, I am still going to the prom so why not get ready. That is exactly what I did, I took a steamy shower, then I got dressed into a long baby blue dress, I did my makeup and put in some Harry Potter themed earrings, I really wanted to go.
I went back downstairs "don't you look lovely" I was surprised to hear this from my mum. "Me and your dad have been thinking, we're going to let you go with this Jonny boy" "thank you so much" I ran over and hugged her. It was around 7:30 pm and the prom started at 8:15pm. DING DONG, I sprinted to the door, there looking handsome was my prom date. "Hey, you look stunning by the way" " thank you" I replied. He leaned in for a kiss, but then "Jonny, how are you?" " I'm great, thanks" "well would you like a drink or some food" "no thanks we should really get going the prom starts soon" It doesn't start for another 40 mins but I left with him. His car was royal blue, with a Everton sticker in the back "hey you support Everton, me too" "that's great, thanks for noticing" he replied while buckling his seat belt, I did the same. Then he started the car and dove down to the prom. I got out of the car and their was my friends, I ran over and gave them all a hug, I returned to Jonny and we walked into the prom hand in hand
