G. M: I think that personally we are being watched.
In a talking-through-his-teeth-kind-of-way General Mood says what he has said as he points in a not-making-it-too-obvious-kind-of-way at a robotic camera point at the hunter group. And General Mood is quite correct to be concerned about the camera; we then follow the wire of the camera through the wall and then down through the floor towards a giant round arena wherein lies the BOSSES Vol Opt AND Vol Opt Version 2.
Made from many computers and with four main faces, both bosses then turn to each other; they are both ten foot tall and six foot wide. Vol Opt makes lights flash on the left hand side of its face facing Vol Opt Version 2, a sign to show that it has recognised the hunters and that it has a plan. Vol Opt Version 2 then screeches slightly and sends out a shock wave through main cables leading away from the boss arena, out to the Mines themselves.
Suddenly, back with the hunter group, there is a rumble in the Mines that shakes almost all of the hunters off of their feet.
Jokesum: The boss knows we're here. Let us make light of the enemies we encounter.
O. M: I shall be in the background, blending in with the surroundings so as not to draw attention to myself.
Berd: That's probably for the best Old Man.
F. N: Let's move I think.
G. M: I agree, who knows what the boss of the mines has in store for us now that it knows there is five of us.
The five hunters venture cautiously around the Mines 1 as it continues to rumble and shake. The edges of the platforms within the Mines looking more and more dangerous, even though that's exactly where the hunters need to head. Downwards.
Old Man, the old hermit of the Caves, sidles along the edges. Blending in so as not to be seen by any enemies until the boss. The rest of the hunters attack enemies that appear within the five rooms before the transporter towards Mine 2.
G. M: There are; Canabin's, Gill and Dubchic's, Garanz, Sinow Blue and Red. Those, the names that I just read out, are the names of the enemies within the Mines. Right now, we're dealing with an army of Gillchic's! TAKE THIS ROBOTIC RETARD! No offence meant Jokesum and Berd.
General Moods Red Partisan slices the face of three Gillchic's as he says this. The Gillchic's then fall apart where they were destroyed.
Berd: None taken General.
Jokesum: Why would I be offended by that? I'm no robot. I'm an android. YOU'RE IN MY WAY, GILLCHIC. MOVE!
Freezing six Gillchic's where they stand with his Frozen Shooter; Jokesum then whacks all six with the barrel of his gun to destroy the ice and Gillchic inside. The six Gillchic's also fall apart as they are destroyed.
F. N: Right, okay. Uh, let's see. Zonde sounds like a good technique to use against robots as they should then be paralysed. EAT GIZONDE BAD SECURITY!
With a yellow glowing left hand and his technique, Gizonde, called out, Fylec's hand then sends out a chain lightning bolt that circles himself as he jumps up into the air. The Gizonde spirals out as numerous Gillchic's are hit and, just as Fylec thought, are paralysed to the spot that they are in.
Fylec lands back down as he then hits his staff, Indra, hard on to the floor causing the paralysed Gillchic's to topple off of each edge, ending the army of robot soldiers for now.
O. M: That was a lot of enemies that you sent back to the boss, Fylec. Be careful not to do that again.
F. N: And why not? It's not like their going to be used in the boss battle. If anything, Vol Opt will most likely take the energy from them and that is their last use.
