The third script of A phantasy story.

Start from the beginning

F. N: Well, I could be sneaky and see where we would be coming down. I mean it wouldn't be any hassle.

Jokesum: I'm just thinking about how clumber some the heart will be to carry downwards, AND, how tight the space in the teleporter room is. I mean, we could let someone go with someone that is carrying the heart. You know, just for protection. And the others could then go through the Vol Opt hole.

G. M: Like it! That's not that bad a plan. Just deciding the plan of who is where could prove to be...

O. M: Why don't I and Jokesum go in the teleporter? I am the smallest here and as the heart is not that heavy, we could manage the trip easily.

G. M: Well, okay. Makes sense too. What with Jokesum being practically the shield for low level hunters. I like that.

Berd and Fylec: Yeah works for us to.

Jokesum: Okay then. Let us spread to our positions and take the boss of the Mines by surprise.

With the final word from Jokesum, the group of hunters split ways. General Mood, Fylec Nodwu and Berd going towards the huge hole in the floor, and Jokesum and the Old Man go towards the other room, one room in front of the one they were just in, with the teleporter in.

With a glance towards his allies, Jokesum salutes his hunter friends as he holds the heart of Vol Opt while Old Man stands still next to him.

As Fylec hooked his feet into the metal of the floor, he then swung his body downwards to see if he could see what was in the room below. And, to see where they will land.

G. M (whispering): What do you see Fylec? Where in the room will we dropped down?

F. N (whispering): Seems like the back of a room somewhere. Not sure if Vol Opt Version 2 is in here. Can't quite make out what's in the room...wait, some lights are coming on...

Berd (whispering): That would be Vol Opt Version 2 mate. He probably kept himself in the dark because he doesn't need light unlike us.

F. N: OH HOLY CRAP! GET BACK TO THE WALL!

Suddenly Fylec jumped up and shot back towards the entrance door, his fellow hunters followed him quickly as a sudden blast shot through the gap where Vol Opt died.

G. M: Is everyone okay lads? No injuries?

F. N: I'm okay General, crikey that was shockingly crap! Freaking Vol Opt Version 2 almost had my head in one shot then!

Berd: I'm okay, though why on earth did it do that? It makes no sense. Vol Opt didn't have any power ups like that.

Suddenly there is a mechanical screeching that makes Berd hold his head. The sound ringing through the room as Jokesum and the Old Man seem to jump out of the hole holding both hearts of both bosses with a massive explosion chasing their tails.

Berd: Damn that was loud! What the hell is going on?

O. M: My goodness that was an exhilarating experience. Thank you Jokesum for that show of your skills. Fantastic!

Jokesum: Most welcome Old Man. And guys, let me just say this one thing; Vol Opt had connections to himself.

G. M: You mean to say that the heart served more of a purpose than just powering you up? That's insane!

F. N: So let us just understand what went on before we tell you what happened here.

O. M: I do believe you can tell it better mister.

Jokesum: Right well I'll say it in a bullet point detail.

1 / I and Old Man got to the door of the boss room, peered through the door. At this point the lights are on.

2/ Old Man takes the heart of Vol Opt as I then take out my Justy and aim with the highest precision at a bundle of wires right at the back of the room.

3/ The shot connects as I then tuck Old Man with the heart under my arm and I jump to the left side of the teleportation area as Version 2 lights up.

4/ Version 2 then glows bright blue as it charges an attack and fires up at the hole where Vol Opt died. By this time Old Man and I are in a secure area. I say secure, because I was in front of Old Man with my foot against the heart of Vol Opt and my Inferno Bazooka equipped.

5/ I noticed, within the darkness, that the lights of Vol Opt Version 2 were focussed upon me. I then kick the heart of Vol Opt to one side of myself.

6/ What I did must have caused something major to happen to Version 2 because it then starts to flip out. And by flip out, I mean spin at an increasing speed causing a real nasty sound to emerge from itself.

7/ After holding my head for a while I peer at Version 2 and notice that it has stopped spinning and is now glowing at an increasing speed. I jumped towards the now stationary Version 2.

8/ That is when I knew that it was time to get out of there, so we did and that is when the explosion followed us.

Berd: Awesome!

F. N: I will admit that the blast that Version 2 fired almost had my head.

G. M: So that is why Fylec could see nothing until Version 2 fired, fair enough.

Jokesum: It still doesn't make any sense as to why Version 2 just started spinning out of control though. Hum.

O. M: I think perhaps we should use a teleport to get out of the Mines and back to Pioneer 2.

Berd: Why is that? There are no more enemies...oh, that is why you want us to go back. Sorry.

F. N: So, I'm going to go back to Forrest 1. Who's with me?

G. M: I'll go with you; I did say that I would earlier.

Jokesum: So, what happened up here?

Berd: Oh, well Fylec peered through the hole in the floor just as you went into the teleporter. He saw lights and then we all jumped up and straight to the door and a blast from below the floor shot through the hole. Then a high-pitched noise got to me and then you and Old Man jumped out of the floor and the blast followed you. Bah! That was alot to say, crikey.

O. M: I will say young Berd that was a great deal that was informed to us in a short manor of time.

G. M: Luckily, we haven't heard from Kireek in a while.
