Quirk description: Her quirk is just like Katsuki's but instead  fire it is water, and she can pull water out from around her like dew drops and even puddles. (If you fight her near a huge body of water you might lose)
Quirk Downside: If she uses to much power like for a mega blast, she will faint and she needs drink tons of water because she gets dehydrated easily because of her Quirk. So she needs to care a water bottle with her.

Back story: Since she was little she grew up in America with Midoriya until he moved to Japan. Her quirk manifested after he had left so she couldn't show him. Her only friend had left her so she was forced to become more social. Fast forward to present day and she was the most popular girl at her school. Tay was kind to everyone and she had many friends. Tay was also top of her class and she was the strongest. That all came to a crashing end after her mom broke the news. "Honey I got a better job offer in Japan. We will be leaving America in a week." She was crushed but she smiled though the pain. Soon she was boarding the plane on her way to Japan. The only good thing to come out of it she could tell Midoriya everything that had happened while he was away. While he was gone she had blossom into a beautiful young lady so all the guys wanted her. Tay smiled as they stepped off the plane and into the airport. There stood her aunt and her cousin. They wrapped them into a huge hug. Tay turned to Midoryia who was taller then her now. "Wait when die you get tall?" She asked and while eyeing him. "A long time ago!" He chuckled and replied. Soon Tay and her mother were settled in their new apartment and Tay would start AU in a week.
