So, this is really random. But, I was going through some of my old stuffs and found a notebook filled with some of my attempted poems i did when I was prolly like 10, more or less. Lmao. I forgot I used to really like poetry.
Anyways, this is smth that I made for Father's Day years ago. I think it's really sad xD. My classmates thought my dad died. So, no, he's not dead. But, he's been like far from us since I was a kid. So that was what I was trying to portray? xD
I'm going to share it. Words per words. but like DONT JUDGE ME. I still suck at poetry, I know, but like this is mega cringe worthy xD and I'm laughing at this smh. so yeah, here we go.

Daddy is the Best
When I'm always alone,
I wanted a clone,
But all I need is a phone,
To call you up from your zone.
When it is late at night,
When there is no sight of light,
You always say,
"Even if you're faraway,
always smile each day.

for you to meet me by the bay."
When the moon is bright and clear,
I know you are near,
Because you always say,
"Have no fear, Daddy is here."
Even if time passes by,
Even if it is hard to say goodbye.
I will have to try.
