Chapter 3

Sage's POV

I got up for work at 7:00am. Okay so I really love this job but really waking up at 7 in the morning is crazy. But anyway I got in the shower and did my business. I got out and put on a pair of black high waisted shorts. A white Mickey Mouse crop top and a pair of black vans. I loosely curled my hair and put on a white flower crown. I did my normal make up routine which consisted of bb cream, eyeliner and mascara. I grabbed my bag and walked downstairs. I grabbed an apple and a water. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. I looked up and saw Aaron. Sage play it cool. "Good morning Sage." he said "Good morning Aaron is it?" it said acting like I just met him yesterday and forgot his name. "Sage stop messing around. You know it's me and I know it's you. Drop the act. So what you move away for two years and you died your hair and dressing and doing stuff differently. You're still the same Sage that I love." he said. I walked up to him. "I needed a fresh start. I fucked everything up for you guys. And if you really loved me you wouldn't have said those things. And first of all you wouldn't have cheated on me. I swear to god if you tell any of the boys I will fucking kill you." I told him. I grabbed my pennyboard and walked out the door leaving him standing there. I put in my head phones and skated to work. When I was about half to work when I skated into somebody. I fell of the board onto the ground. "I'm so sorry." I said. "No it wasn't your fault I was skating while on my phone." I looked over on the ground and saw his phone was smashed. I picked it up and said "Oh shit your phone smashed I'll buy you a new one." I told him. "It's fine like I said it was my fault."
"Are you sure I don't mind."
"Yes it's fine but here let me help you off the ground." He said. He held out his hand for me to take it. I looked up at his face. Oh shit. I just ran into Taylor. Shit. Shit. Shit. I grabbed his hand and he helped me up. "Is something wrong?" he asked. That's the same thing Carter said when I was staring at him. "Everything is dandy." I said. Shit. Why did I say dandy I use to always say dandy around the boys and they would make fun of me. "Dandy?" he asked. "Fine and Dandy." I said.
"Why." I asked him.
"My girl- best friend used to say it but I haven't seen her in two years and you sound like her to."
"What a coincidence well I got to go. Nice talking to you bye." I said all in one breath. I got on my bored and skated to work. So far I've seen three of them. What will happen when I see all of them. What will happen when I see Matt. The last time I saw him was when we got in that huge fight and he slapped me. Ugh.

Taylor's POV
Carter just told us yesterday he saw Sage. All the boys attacked him with questions while I sat there and stared at the floor. I wasn't paying any attention to any of the questions or Carter's answers. All I was thinking about was getting to see Sage again and possibly make her mine again. Wait what am I thinking she probably already has a boyfriend. Ugh. I woke up at 7:00 this morning. It's too god damn early. I decided to go on an early morning skate to clear my head. I was just skating around when I got a text from Aaron. 'You will never guess what just happened.' I was texting him back when I ran into somebody. She fell onto the ground. I dropped my phone and tripped. "I'm so sorry." She said. "No it wasn't your fault I was skating while on my phone." I told her. She looked over at my phone and picked it up. "Oh shit your phone smashed I'll buy you a new one." She said.
"It's fine like I said it was my fault."
"Are you sure I don't mind."
"Yes it's fine but here let me help you off the ground." I said said. I held out my hand for her to take it. She looked up at me. She grabbed my hand and i helped her up. "Is something wrong?" I asked. "Everything is dandy." She said. Dandy? Sage used to say dandy all the time. "Dandy?" I asked. "Fine and Dandy." She said.
"Why." She asked him.
"My girl- best friend used to say it but I haven't seen her in two years and you sound like her to."
"What a coincidence well I got to go. Nice talking to you bye." She said all in one breath. She got on her board and skated away. Well that was weird. I picked up my now smashed phone and picked up my bored. When I picked up my phone I noticed something next to it. It looked like a name badge. I picked it up and looked at it. It was a name badge for a Starbucks worker. The girl I ran into must work at Starbucks. I put it in my pocket and skated away. Wait what was the name on the badge? No I'm not a weirdo I just thought I should know her name if I met her at Starbucks. I took the badge out of my pocket and looked at the name. The badge said 'Sage Marie' Wait the girl I just ran into on the pennyboard was Sage. Boy did she look different. A good different. I put the badge back in my pocket and skated toward the apartment. When I got back all the guys were up and Aaron was in the living room. "Taylor I need to talk to you." Aaron said. I led him upstairs into my room. "Is this about that text you sent me?" I asked him. "The one you never replied to yes." he said
"Sorry while I was texting you back I ran into Sa- some girl on a pennyboard and this happened." I said showing him my phone. If I would have told Aaron that I ran into Sage he would freak. I think he still likes her but he has a girlfriend and it's bad enough Carter already saw her. "Wow but you'll never guess what happened" Aaron said.
"Spit it out Aaron."
"My girlfriend Aurora invited all of us to her house for a party tonight."
"Is that really all you had to tell me?" I asked him kind of annoyed.
"No she has a roommate."
"Okay and.."
"Her roommate is Sage."
