Name: Rutaki Tomo Age: 17 Quirk: Time Manipulation ( freeze and fast foward time. Also rewind time but at a cost) also the radius of his power is only a few feet. Personally: nice,sweet, not afraid to stand up for what he believes in, and is protective over things he cares dearly about.
Rutaki Tomo P.O.V. :
Wow, getting in to U.A was harder than I thought. I'm also so excited to join even if its close to the middle of the year. I spotted a short girl with a mob of long curly hair fly by me. Then the short girl tripped. I noticed and used my time manipulation and ran to her. I unfreezed time and caught her. I wanted to laugh but that would be rude so I held it in." Uh , i'm so sorry that you had to catch me , i wasn't....being ... careful." she said. Then her face went red as she scooted away.

I said "hey are you all right?" she looked nervous and said " Y- Yes i'mfine." I told her my name and she said ," Wellthanks Rutaki , I am Midoriya from class 1A ." I was surprised because I was going to class 1A aswell. I told her where I was heading and she smiled and said with a hint of curiosity , "Oooh so your the new student right?" I nodded." How did you catch me , I was far away from you? " said Midoriya. I said, My quirk is time manipulation, basically I can stop/freeze, fast forward, and rewind time but , when I rewind it causes me to give up some of my life force. I noticed while I was talking Midoriya's eyes lit up. "Omg , your quirk is so amazing, i can't wait for you to show off your quirk when we are training." She looked at her watch and her eyes widened. Then she grabbed my hand and told me words l will never forget, "Come on lets go , together." She looked back at me and smiled then turned back around and started running. At that very moment my life would be changed forever.
Izuku Midoriya P.O.V:
Today was no different than any other day untill i tripped. But, I didn't hit the floor. I felt strong and soft arms around me. I look up, said I was sorry and realized a tall guy with brown hair, one blue eye and one gray, and a look of laughter like it was a little funny. I was so embarrassed I got up and scooted away. "Hey are you all right?" said the tall guy. I was so embarrassed I started stuttering while telling him i was fine. "Hey I'm Rutaki." he said. I thanked him using his name and told him my name and the class I'm in. He looked at me with shock. "No way, I was heading there because thats the class i got into." I smiled and asked him if he was the new student. He nodded. I asked him how he caught me because I was surprised on how fast he got to me. He said " My quirk is time manipulation, basically I can stop/freeze, fast forward, and rewind time but, when I rewind it causes me to give up some of my life force." I was amazed at his quirk and that he had to give up some of his life force to rewind time. I told him that it was amazing and that I can't wait to see him show it off at training. I looked at my watch and relized the time. I grabed his hand and told him " Come on lets go, together!" I looked back smiled and faced forward and started running. Little did i know my life would be changed forever.
