Crap, I got caught.

Don't be awkward. Don't act awkward. AHHH.

He then took a seat on the barstool next to me.

"Having fun?" He asked with a voice that perfectly suited him.

Wow. This is one beautiful man. God did WAY good on him.

"Oh so much." I said sarcastically and smiled.

He laughed a little.

"What about you?" I asked.

"Yeah it's fun, there's just more people than I expected." He laughed making eye contact with me.

Bright blue eyes. Bluer than anything I have ever seen.

"Yeah, there's a ton of people here, but that's okay because it made it easy for me to lose the guy who I was set up with." I laughed.

He laughed with me.

"Sounds like he was a bore?"

"A dry bore. I'd ask him something and then I'd get a one word response."

"Oh." He then said dryly.

Well gee. I thought he was going to be a good one but nope.

I began to get up from the seat before...

"I was just joking." He laughed hard.

"Geez!" I said and play pushed him.

"I just had to, it was the perfect moment." He continued laughing.

The server who took my order, came back with my sparkling apple cider.

"Thank you so much." I smiled when she placed the glass in front of me.

"My pleasure." She smiled back and then looked at the beautiful man next to me and said, "Mr. Seavey, can I get you a drink?"

"Sparkling apple cider please." He said then eating a grape.

"That'll be out in a second." She smiled and then walked away.

"Oh so Mr. Seavey?" I asked him with a slight smile.

"That's me, but call me Daniel." He winked.

"Well Daniel, you must be popular since she knows you." I said taking a sip of my sparkling apple cider.

"Well that would make sense, this is my house." He giggled.

I almost choked on my cider.

Did he jus-

This is his-

What???

"Are you okay?" He laughed seeing me struggle.

"Yeah of course." I said grabbing a napkin and wiping up my lips. "I just had no idea..."

"I know you didn't and I'm glad." He laughed.
