I think I don't need to say anything else. So, let just start it 😊

Step 1 First of all, always create a new canvas. File ===>> New, and then arrange your own size of your canvas.

I use 1620 x 1200 pixels because I adjust the canvas with the picture that I use later. You can also type Ctrl + N on your keyboard, and then arrange it.
Step 2 Open the picture that you want to use. File ===>> Open, or Ctrl + O on your keyboard.

Then you need to move the picture to the canvas using the Move Tool (Red mark). If the picture does not fit the canvas, you can arrange the size by typing Ctrl + T, arrange it manually, then click enter on your keyboard.
Step 3 After that, click Horizontal Type Tool to make a text. Arrange the font style, font size, and the colour of the text into the black (if it's already black you don't need to change it) on the CHARACTER panel on the right side of your screen, or click this icon.

Make sure that the arrangement is like in the picture (Blue mark)

Step 4 If you have done with the text, change the Blending option of the text from Normal to Overlay, and finish!!! 😁 So simple, right?

Step 5 The last step, save your work by typing Ctrl + S, change the format from psd form to jpeg/jpg form, then click enter, arrange the quality to maximum. Your text overlay picture has been done!!! 😄😄 Here is the result,

So, this is my second tutorial. I know both of them are just some simple actions in photoshop that most people already know about it. That's why I publish them in the first place as a heating action before we go to the difficult or complex action.
