Meeting the Future

Hello well here is the whole chapter HOPE U ENJOY!

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Driving down an empty road at 2:40 in the morning is not the to experience, it's even worse when your parents keep on calling to check on you to see if your almost home or in my case even close to home...why bother calling when they know I'm not doing anything bad I was just at my friends house and I just stayed a little later than intended to.Now I am forced to drive down this lonely road surrounded a creepy looking forest....As I am driving I get this call,not just any call,a call from a Hospital.I forcefully look down at my phone screen not wanting to take my eyes way from the road.I click the glowing green button and answer,"Hello?"

"Hello i this Rain Winters?"

"Yes"

"I'm sorry to say but your parents were involved in an accident,they died on impact"

Silence...silence is what fallowed after those words,the same words kept on replaying in my head,'Died on Impact,died,died'...

"Hello?"

as I'm brought back to the hell I now call my life, I notice I have been crying as I feel the burning tears rolling down my cheek,the woman is still talking to me.

"Sorry, I was just processing the information you just gave me,what hospital are my parents at?"

Soon I am parked outside of the huge building with the bright "Emergency" sign. I don't want to get out of my car,or more like I can't. I try to move but I cant It's like I'm super glued in place.

Once I was able to get out of my car I made my way to the sliding double doors.Once they opened I am hit with the horrendous smell of chemicals that seem to crawl up my nose, until I can actually taste it in my tongue, and to be honest it tastes awful.

Once I get to the front desk I see there is this plump woman sitting behind the desk continuously lifting her glasses up when ever they slide down her narrow nose, while finishing some papers. I step in from of her until she notices my presence.

Acouple minutes later she looks up and notices me. With a kind smile she says,

"Hello dear, how may i help you?"

"Uhm...I'm here to see my parents"

"And what might there names be?"

"Alice and Adam Winters"

Comprehension and sympathy cross her features,

"Ah. I'm sorry for your loss dear,let me show you where they are"

As I am following her down the hallway I notice the empty feeling in them, and how the floors are shinning, giving off the strong scent of bleach, again causing me to have the feeling like my nose is on fire. The walls are also evenly decorated with these white rectangular disinfectant dispenser.

When i see the nurse stop at a dark blue door I know that after this allot of tears will come my way.

"This is it Dear, if you need anything just go to the front desk, I will be there"

"Thank You"

As I watch the nurse walk away I am left to realise, this is it, I have to go though that door and face a future without my parents. I have no one, there will be nobody to protect me, to hug me when ever I most need it.

As I walk through the door the first thing I notice is that the room is extremely cold, I could already feel the cold getting to me, making my fingers turn purple. The next thing I see are these two bed looking things with two bodies covered in a white cloth...my parents.

"Hey mom,dad, I know you can hear me,you can hear me in heaven. I just want you to know that you were the greatest parents to ever exist and that I am a very lucky guy to have had you as my parents..." I couldn't hold the tears that threatened to escape. "You were always there for me when ever I most needed you and for that I will be forever thank full, thank you mom and dad, you will forever be in my heart...I-I will miss you s-so much...goodbye."

With those last words I ran out of that room and trough the front desk.

"Wait Dear!"

"What?"

"I know this will be hard for you but, w-would y-you uhm.. like to see the person that caused the accident?, I know it may be too much but maybe you can get the closure you need from this"

"Yes I would like to meet the person who caused this." The person that ruined my life.
