How great is emotion
With its light demeanour
Calling from the shadows
Making you keener
To learn about people
And all about their pasts
How they turned from kind beings
To emotionless tarts.
How did a heart with so much compassion,
Turn into a hollow cage?
How did emotion
Get away with you in pain?
I have discovered during my journey
Something very deep
Do consider it now
Or youll die a lonely sheep.
Shutting down your feelings
Is never a good sign
Take it out someway
Like how I do when I write
We all are weighed down
By our deepest fears
They turn our feelings
Into emotions that are fatal
The way to get through
Is not by shutting down
But by embracing your deepest fear
And turning it into power.
