Hello to the like three people that are going to read this because you either pity or love me. Or a weird mixture of both. Hey. I don't judge.
I decided I wanted to be completely candid and offer a few tips on writing original stories/fanfictions. This will probably have random updates while I think of ways to convey my idiocy to you all.
I honestly just want people to realize that all good/bad/mediocre writers can always get better. You all start from somewhere.
My start came from sitting on the school bus as we passed maybe an hour of country side to get to school. I was in first grade (so 6 or 7) when I wrote my first story. It was about a bunny that wanted to 'escape to the forest' to be with rabbits. Oh yeah. Fricking genius. But honestly so embarrassing.
My first fanfiction was around when I was maybe 11 or 12. It was a My Chemical Romance story for a friend. And oh god, that was even more embarrassing. Such confusing times for my childhood writing career. I wrote on Mibba and even moved my stories from that website to here.
Then my freshman year, I moved to California. Started writing but never published anything because my fear of being bad. I'll get into that later.
I joined this site 5 years ago!
I read my stories from then to now. I can tell I learned how to occasionally flip through a thesaurus and better myself. But I'm not nearly where I want to be.
This little side project is about helping young/new writers with their confidence!
And helping myself.
Because we all have to learn from somewhere. Even if it's deep within.

Writing Tips From a Person That Probably Does Not Know What She's Saying
Não FicçãoLittle tips that come to mind. I just kind of wanted to get my writing process out there. Who knows? Maybe it will convince someone to pick up the pen/paper/pencil/phone to write stories of their own.
