Who am I? This world is unfamiliar, it is cold and quiet. I look down and see a residue of glowing dust falling off my body. As the dust reaches the ground, the grass seems to absorb it, and the patch beneath my feet becomes significantly lighter than the surrounding forest floor. I suddenly feel queasy as my knees give out and I fall to the floor in a heap. I groan as I look up, through my locks of tawny hair, reaching to pull it up into a ponytail. looking around I notice what looked like a structure made out of some sort of stone a few trees away. Maybe I could find some answers there.
I get up onto my feet and take a deep shaky breath before beginning to shuffle towards the building, holding my arm over my stomach, and the other to my head. I was so confused as to where I was, as pictures flashed in my head of another land, but so different from this green forest. The air there was thick, and there were no trees like this, only grand tall oaks, that stretched up far into the skies. I shook these images from my mind, instead choosing to focus on reaching the building. I continue to stumble around, the crisp leaves and grass crunching beneath my tired feet, I hoped that there was someone inside who could help me understand what was happening to me.
As I reached the stones, I could hear someone shouting, as well as a loud hissing noise. I grabbed onto the wall to support myself and pulled myself along so that I could try and see what was going on. As I reached the corner, the source of the noise was revealed to me, It was a tall man, brandishing a metal blade, which was menacingly pointed towards a cowering green creature, which was awkwardly pinned up against a tree, clearly in distress. I reached down and grabbed a rock and threw it towards the man, trying to get his attention. The stone missed and hit the tree above the creeper, which seemed to set it off as it began hissing louder. The man backed off, still pointing his sword at the creature. He turned his head towards me and yelled for me to get away from here. I shook my head and pushed myself off the wall, striding over towards the man and creature.
As I reached the person, I attempted to push him over, which did not go well as he just took a step back. I sighed and began walking towards the hissing monster, In an attempt to calm it down. As I got closer I heard the man shouting "what are you doing! Get back here, you're going to get killed!" He hesitantly reached for me but I pushed him away and moved closer to the beast, whose skin has begun to be tinged white, possibly from fear. I looked it in the eyes, telling it I wasn't going to hurt it while pulling my hands up in a comforting pose, close to being open for a hug. As I got closer, the creature began to swell, and his skin turned completely white, It looked afraid, but also so angry. I jumped forward to embrace it, and just as I touched its rough skin, I heard a deafening noise, and felt myself being swept off my feet, and hurtling towards the house at an unknown speed. All I remember is hitting the cold jagged stones before my vision turned black.
