Chapter 11- LILY POV
One week later...
James was back in school. He brightened up. His grades got higher, he didn't make fun of other students, he was happier.
This was the James I had fallen in love with. And he planned to stay like this. Which I had no objection to, of course.
The other Marauders did the same. No longer were they the trouble-making group, they were now helpful.
This was how I wanted to spend my seventh year.
And so I did.

On the last day of school, I wrote a letter to my parents saying that I wasn't going to come home to them for the summer. I was going to stay with the Marauders.
Most would frown down at that choice. But I knew that they wouldn't mind too much. Plus I'd visit. It's going to be alright.
On the train, we all laughed and were happy.
All was well.
