Title: The idea of finding yourself.

One day you have a friend come over for a movie marathon, in the middle of watching movie they noticed the rows of teen books and asks about them.

"I love books about young adults finding themselves," you explain with a shy smile on your face. "I know I'm twice their age, character's age, but I still love reading about it. I relate to most of them, the ones written by Sarah Dessen are one of my favorites. I don't know why I like it so much. I just love the idea."

"The idea?"

"The idea of finding yourself. There's a story about someone who has a low self esteem and at the end of the book she learns how to stand up for herself. There's also a story about this girl who she felt like she's just a shadow of her bestfriend, and in the end she learned who she is and how to love herself. It just have a nice ending. I love nice endings." You rambled, which you always tends to do when talking about books you love.

"Nice ending?" Your friend ask again.

"Yeah," you said nodding your head, eyes remaining on the TV screen without really watching it. "Nice ending."

"Tell you what I think."

"What?"

"It is probably because you haven't found yourself yet."

And you haven't thought about that, you always think that its just a genre you love to read about. Your friend was long gone but you're still thinking about what they said.
