Mike gets out of hiding and walks to the front door.
Hopper: Good talk.
Eleven: Yeah, good talk.
Hopper: Happy now?
Eleven: Yes, now that I know Mike cares about me.
Hopper: El, that was never a secret. He always cared.
Eleven hears the door.
Eleven: You told me not to answer the door.
Hopper: I'll let you break this one rule. Open the door, you're going to like this.
Eleven gets from her seat and opens the door. Mike's standing there. Hopper is standing up from his seat, smiling.
Eleven: Mike? What are you doing here?
Mike: Hopper, told me how much you miss me. So, I convinced him for me to spend one day with you.
Eleven: Thank you.
Eleven goes over and hugs Hopper.
Hopper: Now go, have fun but don't go far.
Mike: Are you ready?
Eleven: For what?
Mike: Hopper send up a date for you and me.
Eleven: A date?
Mike: We spend alone time together.
Eleven: I understand.
Hopper is preparing the table.
Hopper: I present you your eggo date with Mike.
Eleven's face lights up with excitement.
Hopper: I'll be in the other room. Enjoy yourselves.
As Hopper walks slowly into the other room. He dims the lights. Hopper closes the door.
Eleven: Too dark.
Mike: It's too dark for you?
Eleven: Yes.
Mike: Ok, let's make it brighter in here.
Mike brightens the lights.
Mike: Too bright?
Eleven: No, just right.
Mike: Ok then, let's eat.
Eleven: Mike?
Mike: Yeah, El.
Eleven: What are we doing after this?
Mike: We're going on an adventure.
Eleven: What adventure are we going on?
Mike: You'll see. El?
Eleven: Yes?
Mike kisses Eleven again. Eleven is shocked again.
Eleven and Mike sit down and eat. Eleven looks at Mike and smiles. Mike smiles back.
