After hanging up the few outfits you had packed, you decided it was the perfect time to explore. Galloping down one of the streets, you started the adventure in the city outskirts. There were wonderful items in stores, but nothing really caught your eye.

After an hour, your attention shifted to the landscape. It was shimmering like everything. You were almost already used to the shine, just like Ocean Twirl said. But then, you saw a sparkle a bit different from the others. It seemed more, ominous. Out of pure curiosity, you picked it up. As you admired it, you noticed how out of place it was. It was curved, while everything else was more cubic. The crystals here were all cheerful colors, but this was black, fading to an angry red.

“I can't believe someone would leave something so unique just laying around like this!", you exclaimed, stashing the shard into your saddlebag. You didn't see it glow faintly. If you had, this whole ordeal could have been avoided.
