You don't get me
You did once
But not anymore.
Our friendship sank
Down into the depths of the sea
Only to wash ashore eroded and broken
Left only with seriousness
We are bitter
We are angry
We want our ship back
But SOS never works
Nowadays I call out to you
But you keep your ears covered
You don't listen
Only hear.
So I am angry.
You ignore my white flags
But run when you see red ones
You only hurt me
I hurt us both.
Just listen.
But you won't.
I keep calling out to you
But your so high up you don't hear
Why are you so superior?
Why won't you listen?
Why do you only hear my anger?
Why don't you care for my love?
Stand on that high pedestool
You'll fall or jump
But I'll catch you.
I'm at your mercy.
Your will.
No matter what.
As I catch you, and hold you
Your drained body.
And I'll say
I love you
But you'll take it as a joke
So, I'll yell it out.
I LOVE YOU
And pray that you heard it.
