AJ and JD have bonding time while Veronica and Troye are out

"Daddy! Can I have a juice box?" AJ whined as she looked up from her coloring book.
"AJ, you had one 10 minutes ago!" JD exclaimed as she scowled.
"But I want another!"
She put on her best pouty face and tried to beg. He almost gave in to her puppy dog eyes, and had to force himself to say no.
"No," he firmly told her.
AJ stuck out her tongue and went back to coloring.
The rest of the day was filled with coloring, whining, and watching cartoons. By the time Veronica and Troye were home, both Deans were asleep on the couch.
