Chapter Two

Damian. That hot bad ass guy was on my mind as I let my feet take me somewhere. His hair, his eyes, his lips. Oh yeah and his sunglasses. They did look pretty cool though, so I wasn't exactly lying when I told him that I liked his sunglasses.

But now that I knew that it was Damian, I also knew has been with nearly all the girls at School, and then some. Yeah his was your usual bad boy, hot, player. But his looks got him girls, so no wonder he had "it" with so many.

Although Damian was chucked out of seven Schools. Seven! I mean, what do you do that get you excluded from seven Schools!? There were a lot of rumours. One of them were that he was with a teacher and that was why he had to leave. But I didn't know if I believed it. I guess, you can't believe rumours unless you have heard the person who the rumours are about say it was true. That was what I lived by. And if I say so myself, I live by pretty good morals.

After a few moments, the bell rang and students filled the hall and that was when I realized where I was. And my class was right next to me. I looked down on my feet and sent them a mental thanks. It looks like my feet knew where they where going, when my mind didn't. My feet were clever. I entered the class and sat down next to Jace who gave me a confused look.

"And who are you?" Jace raised his eyebrows.

"Not again, Jace," I whined and he laughed.

Then I remembered to ask him something.

"Hey, why did you run off in the morning?" I wanted to know, looking at him.

"Erm, you k-know...I h-had to do that th-thing..." Jace trailed off, looking down.

But I wasn't giving up that easily.

"Jace Connor Ronan, you tell me why you went or I will embarrass you till you cry!" I warned, wanting to rise up from my seat to create more effect. But my tone of voice was enough, I guess.

"Damn Leigh. It looks like you're embarrassing yourself," I gave him a confused look and he pointed to the class.

I looked at the class and they were looking at me. I felt my cheeks turn red and I smiled at them. One of the boys whistled at me and I gave him a dirty look while his friends laughed. Idiotic bastards!

The door opened and that was when he came in. None other than Damian. And guess where he sat. Next to me. On the other side of me. Jace greeted him and Damian greeted back. What? Jace knew him. I felt a shiver run down my spine as Damian sat down next to me. He leaned his face towards me and I held my breath.

"Still not going to tell me your name, missy?" Damian whispered huskily and it made my knees clack together, but I willed myself to stay strong. Thank god, I was sitting down, otherwise I would have fell down.

I shook my head and let out a shaky breath and decided to ignore him. So I turned to Jace who was looking down on the table. He seemed upset, almost. What was going on with him?

"Jace," I nudged him and he looked at me, his dark eyes even darker. "What's wrong?"

Jace gave me a smile, but it did not reach his eyes. "Nothing Le-" I hit him hard. "Ow, what the heck Le-" I hit him again. He gave me a death glare.
