With the sleeves rolled up, all I could do was try my hardest not gape. He made it look so great, and I thought I couldn't even begin to compare. Obviously, my eyes returned to his face before his returned back to mine. He didn't catch me, but Lily did. I could feel her smirking; it was like she radiated a pompous attitude. When Liam's eyes finally returned to my face, he blushed at my catching him. I smiled.

"Y-you look," he sighed, and his hand went behind his neck again. Must be a nervous habit. "You look great." My face turned beet red as I smiled like an idiot.

"Not too bad, yourself." He let out a low chuckle as a blush crept onto his cheeks, too. I looked into his gorgeous hazel eyes, and it took more than a few seconds for me to tear my gaze away from him. I moved my glance to Lily, who was smiling and looking between the two of us. This didn't help my blush. I looked back at Liam to find his gaze still on me. "S-so, what do you guys want to do?" As if on cue, Lily's phone rang. She picked it up with a fake confused face on.

"Hey, Scar, what's up?" I could hear the giggling on the other end of the phone. "Are you really having that much trouble?" Lily let out a fake sigh. "Okay, I'll be right over." She hung up the phone and looked at us with a failed attempt at sadness. "Scarlet is having some serious trouble with her math homework, and it's really stressing her out. She needs me to come over and tutor her." She let out a sigh literally in unison with Liam. Her faux sadness was replaced with authentic confusion.

"Well, I guess I have to drive you." Lily threw her hands up.

"No, wait!" Liam threw his hands up in defense. "I dragged Abby all the way out here, and it wouldn't be fair of me to cancel the plans after we're already here. I'll just call mom to come to pick me up." She looked way too happy with the solution.

"If it's too much trouble, I really don't mi-," I was cut off.

"No!" Okay, this was getting weird. "Liam and you can hang out, and I'll go help Scar with her homework." Lily then proceeded to almost run away, leaving me and Liam alone. I let out a little nervous laugh as my gaze returned to Liam.

"OK..." his gaze returned to me. Involuntarily, my heart fluttered. Oh my God, What is going on? "I guess we can hang out."

"I mean, you don't have to if you don't want to-."

"Are you kidding? A chance to hang out with you? I'd take that any time." My face turned bright red again as he smirked.

"So, I don't really like shopping, so we don't have to do that." He let out an overdramatic sigh of relief and smiled. I smirked and shook my head. "What do you want to do instead?" I asked as we began to walk back to the entrance.

"I mean, we could go to a movie." I shrugged.

"I kinda want to do something." He nodded. Suddenly, a light bulb expression came across his face.
