i looked down at my phone as it binged loudly in the hallway.
i read the text carson had sent me.
'come down here. quick.'
it read.
i sighed.
i looked up.
"i'm sorry vanessa, i got to go."
"but hay hay, we were just getting started."
she pouted.
"i'm sorry."
i said before making my way through the crowded hallway.
i finally made it to the stairs, and carefully walked down them, avoiding getting tripped.
falling down the stairs would suck.
i walked through the house.
i saw a girl standing on my dining room table.
she was doing very sexual dance moves, along with yelling the lyrics to whatever rap song was playing.
i cringed.
god, i would hate to have to drag her out of this party.
i walked around, looking for the boys.
i finally saw them after a few minutes.
they looked like they were having a really serious discussion.
i walked over to them.
"hey guys, whats up?"
i asked with a smile on my face.
they gave me a look as if i were dumb.
"what's your problem?"
i asked them.
rush face palmed.
"you know, whatever. have you guys seen annie?"
i asked.
"bro. have you even looked in the dining room?!"
carson said over the music.
"um yeah, all i saw was this super drunk doing god knows what on my table...ugh...i eat on that table."
i sighed and looked at them.
they gave me a look.
i read their faces immediately.
my eyes widened.
my jaw dropped.
"no!"
i said, kinda scared.
