Chapter 1~The Aftermath

Lyndsey~

6:05 am Delta High school,Delta,Chicago

It's been a year since Scarlett had been missing but not even a few days ago the police said they found her body.Jade I think was the most wrecked about the situation since Scarlett and Her where "Friends With Benefits".Now we have to start High school without our Best friend!Its freshman year and all we talked about as kids was being freshmen's and Scarlett isn't here to see it!

I walked into school to see that Marissa had came back from Hollywood after being in a movie called "Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief".

"OMG MARISSA when did you get back"I said as I ran up to hug her

"Actually I got back 2 days ago!"she said while hugging me back

"And I'm so sorry I missed Scarlett's funeral" she said while looks down

"Hey,it's fine!im sure she was watching you live your dream!"I said reassuring her

"Yeah I hope so!"she said smiling

"Did you see Jade or kass yet?"I asked

"Uhm I actually saw Kass but not Jade.How is she holding up about Scarlett?She asked

"Well she's getting better but I think it still hurts her because I think she actually like Scarlett!"I said

"No Shit Sherlock!" Marissa Said

I rolled my eyes

"Anyways what's your first Class?" I asked

"Uhm English."she said

"Same and I heard the English teacher is a total babe!"I said

"Well I call dibs!"she said (she's the "Aria" of the story)

9:00 am Science with the girls

I was walking with Jade to meet up with the girls before science since we where still on free period for a bit.

"You loved her didn't you?"I asked

"Yeah." She said

"I knew it!!!"I said

"Please don't bring it up now Kass."she said as her voice cracked slightly

"Sorry."I said while putting her arm around her

"It's fine."she said

When we arrived at science class I saw Marissa and Lyndsey I the back row with two seats for me and Jade.

"Hey Guys!"I said as I sat next to Marissa

"Hey!"Marissa said

"So Who's your favorite teacher so far!"I Asked

"Mr.Miller!"Marissa Said

"The English Teacher!"I said and winked

"Maybe..."she said then laughed

"Someone's got a crush!"Jade said the giggled

"Do not!"she laughed

2:30 pm Jade's House

"Guys I'm bored"I said as I flopped on my bed

"We just got here how are you bored already?"Lyndsey said

"I have a very short attention spam"I said

"Well let's listen to music!" Kassidy said

Jade still ~

3:25 pm Jade's House

I was sitting on my bed listening to music when my phone started to ring it was Kass.

"Hey BooBear"I said

"Hey Baby!"she said

"So what's up?"I asked

"Nothing just bored,You?"

"Uh just listening to music."I said

I noticed a piece of paper hanging from my light

"Hey Kass I found a note!"I said

"Really what does it say?"

"Idk"I said

I went up to it and I read the note

Scarlett is alive
