1: Genesis
I was born in a cave, it's where it all started.
My parents died, pain in me inflicted.
I was the only one left, the only person to remain.
Here is the start of my journey, oblivious and uncertain.
2: Simple
We were nothing complicated, just simple little beings.
Astounded by the world, we experienced feelings.
We discovered fire, we discovered meat.
We used these things to live and eat.
3: Inevitability
Thousands of years, we're civilized .
After all that happened, we survived.
As we evolved, technology wasn't right.
So then came a war, and became a fight.
4: Aftermath
We lost humanity, we lost our faith.
Now the world is full of rage and hate.
It was terror, the bombs, it dropped at us and fell.
The only thing I could say was this is a living hell.
5: Corruption
Chaos spreads, peace started to end.
No one ever has a helping hand to lend.
The hills and forests are covered by fire.
From the weapons we built which made our peace dire.
6: End
Thinking about it, we eradicated our own:
The last few men are suffering all alone.
Finally, we can recognize, to truly begin to believe.
We are man, we die, but we have the will to live.
