I sighed and held her in my arms. "Bae, stop crying," I whispered, kissing her forehead. "You know I hate seeing you cry."
"I'm sorry, Chresanto," she sobbed into my shirt. "I didn't mean all those horrible things I was just angry and-and just please don't hate me."
"I don't hate you, Brielle. You're my girl and I would never hate you, aight?"
She chuckled. "I'm sorry I had to get all emotional and shit, I don't know what the fuck is happening to me."
"I swear yo' ass is pregnant, got more mood swings them Darshay. Who you been fuckin?"
She laughed. "Shut up."
"It's okay, my queen," I said, making her laugh. "I still love you."
"I still love you too." she said, pecking my lips.
"Now, can we be a happy couple for our last week together until thanksgiving?"
"Of course," She said, cheesing hard. "No more bitchiness, okay?"
"Good, I missed my old Brielle."
November
Wow, summer went by fast as hell. It was a good ass summer, though. I'm gonna miss all my family and friends. Especially, baby Renee. We became so close and I'm gonna miss seeing her almost everyday. I'm still going to spoil her ass from thousands of miles away. Renee is my heart.
I was on my way to Chipotle so Darshay, Brielle, and I could catch up. We always liked to take a day out of the week to meet with each other and talk about what's been happening in our lives. It was just refreshing to vent to your girls.
"Hey, babes." I said, carrying my chipotle burrito outside where they were sitting.
"Took you long enough!" Darshay exclaimed.
"The line was long as hell."
"You should've been here on time when the line was short." Brielle retorted.
"I know, Tre was helping me back some boxes so I could take them to UPS."
"I'm gonna miss you guys," Darshay said. "You're going to Alabama then missy over here is going to New York and I'm staying here in California! What am I doing with my life."
"Girl, you about to give me a bomb ass niece or nephew that's what you're doing with your life," Brielle said. I chuckled. "Don't worry, this year is gonna go by fast as hell. Plus, you know I'll be here for winter break and when you have the baby."
"I know, but I miss having my best friends here with me."
"Girl, you needa worry about finishing your last year so you can get you a job doing something you love."
"I know, I can't deal with working in the mall anymore. I need something better. This little chomp change ain't nothin'."
"Is Jacob looking for a job?"
She sighed. "Well, his dad is offering him a job in Mexico that pays really really well."
"Hold up, hold up. Y'all moving to Mexico!?" Brielle screamed out.
"It's not certain but we are thinking about it. I mean, the baby is going to be here before Jacob and I are both finished with college. We need to start making a real income as soon as possible."
"Damn, well you gotta do what you gotta do for your seed, right?"
"I can't believe Jacob hasn't told me." Brielle said, shaking his head.
"Apparently he hasn't told anyone besides me and your mom and now you guys know."
"Well you guys better make the right decision."
