Diary of a Superhuman: Volume One

Chapter 1

"Just keep running" I said to myself. I never knew stealing was way harder nowadays. I guess it's because I need to exercise more or they hire tracks stars as cops. Either way I'm outta breath and light headed. So I stopped I mean it wouldn't be the first time I went to jail I practically knew the cops by there first names.
"Hey Jim" I said outta breathe
"Hey Aura. You Mind?"
"No I don't" I plead
Hi I'm Aura Monroe. I know what your thinking your giving yourself up like that. It didn't always start that way I mean I'm not a thief. But I am kind of holding the biggest secret of my life. I'm a superhero well Anti. Hey I see your fingers clicking trying to click that arrow button stop it. Let's star from the beginning.

I live in Albany New York. There was so much crime here before i got my powers before I became.. Well you'll find out.
I live with my Father and twin brothers (Shane and Ricky). My Mother is a Marine Biologist he always loved the ocean I never really understood he's obsession. Where's my Father? I never knew who my father. I just knew he was an idiot. But let's move on to something a little bit more fun. I'm fifteen years old and I'm a sophomore in high school. How rad is that. I mean not only am in high school but i go to one of the most Prestigious High Schools In Albany. "The Albany Academy".

That's how I met my best friend David Harrison. Wait did I just break the fourth wall. I didn't know that I can.. Wait I totally knew that. Uhem back to the story.

David Harrison my best friend star quarterback, captain of the basketball and baseball team. Also my absolute crush. I know a little bit cliche but once you see him you'd think the same too. 

And he doesn't even notice that I like him. I mean look at this

"Hey Aura" David said
"Hey David" Aura says nonchalant
"Your coming to my game right. I don't want you to miss the homecoming game. I was thinking of giving that special girl my jersey for tonight" David grinned
"Oh yeah that over grown guppie girl the one with the cop tops Sheila. I wouldn't call her special but she's not the brightest cat in the room. Anyways Smell ya later" Aura pats his back
"Hey are you going" David Yells
"Who is Sheila" He whispers

See I was practically throwing myself at him.
"Which part?" Jim questions
Jim I'm in the middle of telling them a story do you mind here. Gosh I can't even get arrested without being questioned can you believe that? Keep on going you lovely Barbarian this part gets interesting.

The bell rings. I'm officially in hell or Math class. Every time I'm in here I get this weird feeling running up and down my spine. I could never understand why. I always felt like somebody's watching me and only me.
"Square root of nine plus square root of twenty five is eight" Aura say to myself smiling.
I get up and hand in my work. As I sit back down I get these head aches and hear whispers
"Go to the Bathroom. Go to the Bathroom. Go to the Bathroom.."
They repeat as it  gets louder and louder and louder. I can't take it anymore.
"Mr. Lex can I go to the Bathroom?"
He nods
"Thank you"
I run to the bathroom. Once I got in there I went into the big stall and closed my eyes. Out of nowhere I see a glow coming from my hands.
"What the Fuck" Aura laugh
"Language" says someone
"Oh shut up" Aura yelled
Aura looked at her hand. It wasn't the first time this has happened. It's been happening since I could remember. I unlock the stall and look around no one was around.
"Yes" I smiled
Aura came out the stall. Stuck her hand out and concentrated hard making the fasciate turn on. She looked at the air conditioner and Vent all of sudden the air pressure came down stronger.
"Cool" Aura grins

*whispers* Like I said It got pretty interesting. I was born with these abilities. Nothing had to bite me or connect I was this for a reason. But you'll get to that later. Just like I'll get my Donut Jim.
"Fine" Jim Plead.

Bell Rings.
"Oh Shit" Aura whispers.
I went to go get my stuff from Mr. Lex
As I gathered my things I felt a hand touch my shoulder
"Aura. Do you feel okay" Mr. Lex question
"I'm fine." I respond
"If you need anything. I'm always here" He smiles
I smile and run away. He's so creepy. Wait couldn't I sue if a teacher does that it's that murder? No. Felony? No. A bird vagina? Hell yeah. Wait no. I'll find it later
I make my way to my locker when I see David standing there waiting.
"Hey Aura" he smiles as he watched Aura come over
"Hey duck ass." Aura howled
"Ouch. What happened to you? " David questions
Aura looked in his eyes the way in gleamed and spoke of a pure heart and soul of gold.
She blushes
"Nothing. I have to-um I have to go home my mom wants me to watch my brothers" Aura looks down
"Yeah awesome I could walk you if you want?" David pleas
"No. I'll a see you at the game though" Aura smiles and walks away.

I'll see you at the game how stupid am I. Isn't it when your crushing you punch them or hit them to let them know. I'm so-
"Stupid" Aura screams
Aura walks up her eight steps to get to her door. Here I go I have now reached a volcano of hell. Welcome to..
