"Hey, let's go out tomorrow," I suggested, turning around. He was standing now, rubbing his eyes.

"Yeah, where?" he wondered, walking over to wrap his arms around my waist. My expression turned neutral as I heard his response. It was pretty clear that he didn't really feel like going out with me.

"I'm not sure. I'm gonna head home. I'll see you later," I mumbled, pulling away from him to grab my bag, rushing out of the room.

"Wait, Charlotte--Fuck-" I heard him exclaim, chasing after me. He caught my arm and I stopped in my tracks, biting back my tears. "Why are you so mad all of a sudden?"

I scoffed then. Typical Awsten. Completely fucking clueless. "Because you don't care! One minute you tell me you love me and want to move in with me and the next you can't even fucking look at me! Do I bore you that easily? I know you're working on your music but Jesus Christ! It's like you don't even see me anymore!" I shout, pushing his hands off of me.

He sighed. "I'm sorry, Charlotte. I don't mean for it to be like this. I do wanna move in with you! I wanna do all the cute gross shit that couples do like cook for you and have movie nights and be gross old people eventually and own like a thousand dogs with you, I'm just--I'm trying to balance everything but it's overwhelming," he explains to me.

I shrugged my shoulders. "I know. I'm sorry for overreacting. I just miss having you all to myself," I said, taking his hand in mine.

"How about....we spend the day together all day today and I make you sick of me again?" he proposed, giving me that cheesy grin that I loved so fucking much. "I'll ditch all my shit and we can do something fun."

I just smiled and laughed, tugging him to the front door. "Let's go then! Because I'm hungry anyway and I know you want orange juice."

"Okay, yeah I'm pretty sure that's not how that works," I warned him, giggling as he tried to brush my dog with the wrong end of the glove.

"Shh, he loves it. But you love me more, don't you?!" Awsten exclaimed, taking Max's face in his hands, kissing his nose. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at him, shaking my head. "Y'know, if I was a multi-millionare, I would buy a pool and just fill it with jell-o and ride a bike in it. That's been on my bucket list for a while and I keep thinking about it. Or I would buy an island and hunt other people," he snorts, laughing at himself.

"I cannot believe I'm moving in with you," I said, unable to contain my laughter.

"You love it," he argued, sticking his tongue out to lick the side of my face.

"EWww!" I squealed, pushing him away. He just licked my fingers instead, causing me to let out a shriek before he attacked me, pushing me onto my side from my seated position on the floor. "AwSTEEeeeNNNNN!" I wailed, wiggling beneath him. I loved the sound of his laugh mixed with mine as he tickled me, causing me to scream uncontrollably as I tried to push him away.

"You know I hate this!" I whined, my breath winded as I struggled to catch it. After a few moments (which felt like ages), he finally eased off and kissed my nose before pulling away.

I gasped for air, still lying on the floor. "Fuck you."

"Well, I mean..."

I hit him on the arm, my jaw dropping. "Oh my god! You have the humor of a 13 year old boy!"

"Actually, it's 12 but I admire you trying," he corrected me, cracking himself up. I just cursed at him under my breath, wrapping my arms around his torso, leaning into him.

"I'm hungry. You wanna rent a movie and get something to eat?" I suggested, pulling out my phone to look at places nearby to eat, scrolling through the options. "I kinda want some pizza," I muttered after a while, Awsten's chin rested on top of my head as he looked with me.

"Okay, let's go then. But I'm picking the movie for us. I was thinking The Conjuring 2. It's wayyyy better than the first one," he told me, making no effort to move or get up. I shifted my head back and looked up at him, my eyes wide.

"You're gonna make me watch a scary movie? Nooo!" I cried, already trying to mentally prepare myself from the amount of screaming and heart palpitations coming my way that Awsten would totally laugh at and make fun of and post on the internet.

"Don't worry, I'll protect you from the scary monsters," he promised, kissing my head before getting up, offering his hands for me to take, pulling me up with him. I sighed before grabbing my purse, waving goodbye to Max before we headed out the door.

I heard that familiar buzzing and could only assume one thing. As Awsten picked it up to see who was calling, my eyes landed on and read that familiar name on his screen.

Guys i literally don't know what this is anymore and i hate it ugh
