Chapter 13: Moving In Soon

*Becky's POV*

Carter and I were in his kitchen, sitting at the table talking. We were just discussing random things. He'd ask me what my plans were for the future. I honestly never really thought about that. My main focus was just the two of us and our life together. I imagined having a family with Carter, and I plan on doing that someday in the future. But as for right now, I loved how our relationship is. One thing that kept popping into my mind was the fact that I had decided on taking him in on his offer. Which was something he kept bringing up. I just know now that his face is going to glow when I tell him my answer. I smiled as he finished speaking and I reached over and intertwined our fingers. He looked down at our hands and then back up at me and smiled. Well here I go. "Carter?" I ask. "Yes?" He responds. I giggle before I speak. "I was thinking about what you said to me awhile back and,
I decided on a yes. That I would definitely love to" I explained smiling. He looked at me with a shocked expression and then it turned to pure confusion. "Um.. yes as in...?" He questioned. I can tell he's very confused and unsure about what I said. I let go of is one hand, and face palmed my forehead. I looked at him apologetically before re-explaining.
"Yes to moving in with you. I thought about it for awhile now, and I think it's a good idea." I explained, just looking into Carter's eyes. He had so much hope in them, I knew I was right. He smiled big, grabbing my other hand in his. "So you really do want to live with me?" He said all excited. I giggled. "Of course, I'm always here anyways and being around you, already makes me feel at home" I said smiling up at him. I love how he has the most biggest smile on his face right now. And I loved it even more, knowing it was because of me. Carter suddenly stands up, pulling me with him. And next thing I know, I'm being lifted up and spun around. I laughed and put my arms around his neck. He stops spinning me, but kept me held high in the air. I stare down at him as he's looking up at me. I smiled and put my hands on his shoulders. "Baby, you just made me the happiest man alive" he said smiling. I giggled as he lifts me down to where our lips meet. At this moment, I couldn't be any happier. Carter finally set me back down on to my feet. He sat down at the table again. He looked at me as I walked over and sat next to him. I wrapped my arms around him, and rested my head on his shoulder. He chuckled and wrapped his arms around me also. Well since we're now going to be seeing a whole lot of each other, might as well get more comfortable with one another. Not that I'm uncomfortable around him, because believe me I really am more comfortable around him than anyone. I'm just saying, I'm really looking forward to living with Carter and moving out of my parents house. One thing I'm not sure about, is how my parents are going to react. But it doesn't matter, because I'm an adult and I'm choosing my own decisions. Well with that thought said, I turned my focus back to Carter. "I love you" I said looking at him. He smiled, leaning in and kissing my lips. He pulls away and kept his face close. "I love you too baby" He spoke back. I honestly don't know how the hell I got so lucky.
